Good Morning & Happy Thursday!
Hope you’re ready for a fun giveaway!
It is officially Fall. It’s pretty warm here still, and the leaves won’t change for a while, but that isn’t the only reason I love this time of year. When the seasons change, I tend to change as well. I like to set new goals, work harder, and try to live a healthier lifestyle. To me, being healthy means connecting with nature as much as possible, staying active daily, and fueling up my body to reach those goals.
It’s important to keep training yourself to reach further. If you don’t challenge yourself, then you’re settling. There is always room for growth and change. That is why I am so excited to partner with Core Power® this year! We hold a lot of the same values, and I look forward to sharing how Core Power® can help you reach your goals when it comes to maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Core Power® is a tasty source of pure protein from real milk. Core Power® is made from fairlife ultrafiltered milk. Sometimes it’s hard to know where your protein source comes from in energy bars or power drinks, so it’s comforting to know that all of the protein in the bottle of Core Power® comes from the milk only, and no extra added protein powders.
I am the happiest when I’m dedicating my time to the outdoors, traveling, and hitting the gym three times a week. To me, being fit doesn’t mean having a sixpack, or being able to fit back into your high school day jeans. To me, being fit and healthy means being able to run for an hour without stopping, lifting heavier weights, fitting 15,000 steps in daily, staying active on my trips, hiking trails with my dogs, playing more sports, and fueling up with healthy food to allow my body to keep up.
A healthy lifestyle is very important to me. Fitness looks different on everyone, and it’s important to remember that we are all at different levels, and comparing yourself to others will only set you back. You have to create your definition of fitness and reach for that. Reach for the best version of yourself.
Core Power® is designed for fitness goers at all levels of ability. It’s not just for bodybuilders, marathoners, or cross-fitters. It’s for everyone. It is a fantastic post-workout beverage that’ll carry you on to your next activity. I’m the type of person that’ll wake up early, head to the gym, walk the dogs on a trail, and then spend multiple hours on the tennis courts. If I didn’t properly fuel my body with high-quality protein, I’d run out of fuel, and crash. I have a lot of energy, but the foods I eat factor in.
Staying active is hard when you don’t have a support system. If you can, try to find friends that enjoy being active with you! Assign a designated hiking buddy, train for a race with a friend, play a sport with your significant other, or get active with your pets! My dogs and I walk five to six miles together every day. Creating that support system will help you stay motivated and dedicated to reaching your goals.
I don’t always have time to blend up a protein shake, so taking a bottle of Core Power® with me is very convenient. It has 26g of high-quality complete protein. My boyfriend also loves Core Power®, and I make sure to bring him a bottle as well. When our sugar levels and energy tank out during tennis matches, we recover with Core Power®. We can spend a lot more time out on the court. We have brutal summers here in the south, so it’s very important to have recovery fuel nearby. I have noticed a big difference using Core Power® this summer.
I’ve learned over the past couple of months that Core Power® is extremely convenient and ideal for traveling. Because the bottles are sealed tight, you can keep them in luggage, a travel bag in the car, and they do not need to be refrigerated right away. You can also find them in a lot of places. They are sold at major convenience and grocery chains across the country. I’ve even seen them in a lot of gas stations while on the road. You can also purchase full cases on Amazon. Just click here to check them out! I took several bottles to California with me in my checked luggage.
Let’s talk flavors.
Strawberry Banana! Vanilla! Chocolate! Banana! They are all equally good, so I cannot pick a favorite this time.
I call them the banana split flavors because they have all the flavors to make a perfect banana split. Kyle and I actually mixed a little dose of each flavor in the blender to make the “banana split” version. No shame at all. It was delicious.
It’s so important to fuel after an intense workout. If you want to grow stronger, faster, and better, you have to fuel! fuel! fuel! Timing is everything. Some people think that they shouldn’t eat after burning calories because it’ll prevent them from reaching goals, but that’s not necessarily true. After a workout, your body will feel low on fuel. You need to get your blood sugar levels back up, restore water lost, and get protein into those muscles to help with recovery. The faster you recover, the faster you can get back to your next workout. And if you skip that post-workout fuel, you may find yourself reaching for sugar and high carbohydrate foods later on. I know that if I don’t have time for a post-workout meal, I crave desserts before bed.
Your muscles glycogen storage gets depleted, and it’s important to fill up the glycogen stores to help with recovery. If you don’t fuel the storage, your muscles will have a hard time healing, and you’ll find yourself sorer and for longer periods of time. If your glycogen stores are low, your blood sugar levels will also be low, and that is why post-workout protein + carbs are necessary. Protein will help you build muscle and repair after a workout. That is why Core Power® is a smart food choice to stick with after a workout! It’ll help anyone push forward to their next session.

CONGRATS TIFFANY J! I’LL BE EMAILING YOU SOON!
I don’t eat anything post workout because my stomach feels better without it. My goal this fall is to run 15 consecutive kilometers! I absolutely adore fall running, and with such a busy student schedule and on top of that working on a show and being in rehearsals, it’s really hard to get in the time and sometimes the energy to do my hobbies. But I’m determined! Fall running makes me so incredibly happy. I’m falling in love, haha, get it?
Fall funny is the best!
Hi Taralynn!
I actually have tried Core Power and usually look for it now when I am at a convenience store. I love that it doesn’t have that protein shake taste, it literally tastes like flavoured milk! I have only tried the vanilla, but I think next time I’ll try the banana.
My goals this fall is to stay off the internet/devices in my down time, and do something outside instead. Winter is brutal here and I want to enjoy the fall as much as I can. It’s a hard habit to break though, but I am aware and motivated!
I love that it doesn’t have the chalky taste as well! That is a great goal! I try to do that throughout the day or take some time to read a book.
I haven’t tried Core Power before, although I have seen/heard of it. My goals for Fall are to completely finish the weight lifting program I am currently in. It’s 90 days and I am on week 2. My favorite flavor would be anything but chocolate. Chocolate milk has never been a favorite of mine.
The chocolate is great! & nice goals!! Good luck with your weight lifting program!
I haven’t tried CorePower yet! But I love a good protein shake. This fall I’m focusing on my mental health. I spent most of the summer in a slight depression slump, dealing with more anxiety attacks than ever before. I’m done with it. I want to focus on getting out of my house and being active more so I’m not tempted to hide in my room alone for hours a day. I also want to get back into lifting weights 2-3 times a week. I love feeling strong and powerful. Chocolate is usually my fave so I’d say I’m most excited to try that flavor!
What a great goal!
Love that you are taking your slump and turning it around. When I’m having off months or bad anxiety, I put on a playlist and just go for a really long walk or bike ride! Seems to always help.
I discovered these when I was on vacation. I’ve been counting macros and this is the first good tasting protein drink. I’m hooked on the chocolate and haven’t made it around to the other flavors yet 🙂 In fact I order them by the case from Amazon!
This fall I am working on losing hopefully 15lbs after having my 2nd baby this year. Macros has been amazing helping me lose 10 already!
Maybe I will branch out and try the strawberry next!
Yes! Great to order them on Amazon!
Congrats on baby!!:) I
1. No, I’ve never tried Core Power! It looks delicious!
3. As a busy mom of a three year old and a one year old, one goal that I have is to get back into working out. I used to run 6 miles 4 days a week, but now I barely have time to take a shower. Haha. I want to either wake up early to fit in a workout or take the girls on walks/runs in the double stroller more. It’s just hard during the long Wyoming winters. Do you have any advice for fitting in workouts during the cold winter months?
3. Chocolate! Need I say more? ?
Very very good!
Great goals! I can’t imagine how full your schedule is. Holy Moly! I think home circuits are THE BEST! use Youtube as well!!
Awesome, I didn’t think of Youtube! I’ll have to look up some of your fitness posts for inspiration on home circuits, too. Thank you!!
1. Never tried it, but I love fairlife milk!
2. Goals- gaining strength and power the healthy way
3. Love to try the chocolate and vanilla, not really a fruity milk person ?
Great goals!
Yesssss!! I love CorePower! The strawberry banana is my favorite. I would always get one of these from the market on my college campus for a snack between classes. I’m always skeptical of trying banana (artificially) flavored things just because it never tastes as good as the real thing and usually I don’t like it, but it is SO good. My only problem is that I drink them too fast because they are that good haha
One of my fitness goals this fall is to get to 20% BF (I’m at 22% currently). I was at 19% in college and want to get back there eventually 🙂
And the only flavor I think I haven’t tried is the banana because of what I said above. But since all the other flavors are so great, it’s probably just as good!!
Haha a real struggle. Pro tip ** blend it with ice!! It’ll last longer and tastes so good!
Great goals! Love that you focus on BF and not the scale!
xo xo
I haven’t tried it yet, but I actually have a bottle of the chocolate in the fridge!
This fall our family goals are to walk to the grocery store more. If we can find it, I want to try the strawberry banana.
You better try it!! 😀
Walking to the store is great!
Good Morning Tara!
We LOVE CorePower at our house! It is definitely a staple for our on the go mornings!
My goal this fall is just to get 10,000 steps in a day. I sit at a desk from 7am to 5 pm, with a 1/2 hr drive to work and then home, so getting those steps in is a challenge! I would love to go up another 5lbs in my weights too but the steps are my biggest goal!
Vanilla and Banana are my go-to flavors, but I would LOVE to try the strawberry or strawberry banana! In a small town the flavor selection is limited and they usually only have the vanilla or banana so it would be great to try more!
Hi, Mariell!
That is great to hear!
Those are GREAT goals. 10K a day is my goal as well and my dogs always have me hitting it + some!
mmmm I love vanilla!!
No, I haven’t tried them yet!
With all the desserts and pumpkin bread available at work, I’m aiming to keep my sugar intake down by always staying full with proteins, good carbs, and fruit! But still be able to indulge a few days a week in moderation.
I would like to try the vanilla and chocolate flavors.
I’d be hiding from all the pumpkin desserts! SO GOOD!
XO
I am going to set a goal to do SOMETHING ACTIVE EVERY DAY in October. Whether it is a sweaty Cyclebar sesh, hitting the treadmill, walking the dog, or doing a yoga video, I must do SOMETHING. I just got married 3 weeks ago and I was doing super well with eating a strictly healthy diet & working out a ton. But since then, I’ve let my body take a break and relax, and just enjoy the honeymoon and begin married life! However, I am starting to see and feel (bad!) changes in my body, that I need to put a stop to!
I have never tried Core Power but I will pick up a bottle the next time I see it! I am a chocolate girl all the way – so that’s the flavor I’ll be looking for! 😉
I love that! I make sure to do something every day as well and thank goodness I have dogs! They keep me so active.
Don’t feel bad at all, and just find that balance. Strict diets need some leverage 😉
xo xo enjoy that married life & congrats!!!
I have never tried Core Power, but working full-time and try to stay consistent with fitness has been something I have been pushing for the past few months! My goal is to keep an active lifestyle by moving every day, and working out (Gym, BBG, etc) at least 5 days a week. I would definitely try the vanilla!
Keep up your active lifestyle! You got this. 5 days a week is a lot!xo
I’ve never tried Core Power but I need to! I work out at 6 am 4 mornings a week, and get ready at the gym before going to work. I don’t usually eat breakfast until after 8, but I know I should have protein a lot sooner after a tough workout. Throwing something like that in my gym bag is a great idea. I’m a chocolate girl all the way! This fall I want to lean out a little so I won’t look bulky in cute sweaters and layers as the weather gets colder.
Wow you are so dedicated! Love it. I wish I could workout that early!
I bet you already look amazing! 🙂 xo
1. No, I have never tried these
2. My goal this fall is to loose weight and be consistent
3. I would try all of these! The strawberry/ banana sounds delicious
Consistency is key! xo
I love CP! I get it at 7 eleven.
Awesome!
1. Never tried these.
2. My goal is to be kinder to my body by making smarter choices when it comes to my health and fitness. I’ve struggled with some injuries but this month I am kickstarting a training program to prepare for my first half marathon in February. I need to make my training a habit as well as get back into all the activities I just enjoy, like hiking! Especially in the Fall!
3. Vanilla and chocolate for sure, but I’m mostly interested in the vanilla!
1. I have never tried core power. I have been wanting to try it.
2. My goals this fall are to tone it up, I have to fit into my wedding dress May 5, 2018. So trying to slim down.
3. I am a pretty plain person, so my favorite flavors are chocolate and vanilla. But I have always been down to try anything new that comes my way.
1.Have you ever tried Core Power®? No ma’am
2.What goals are you setting this fall? To stay a bit more dedicated to my nutrition. Fall brings all the yummy treats and holidays and I tend to overdo it. I’d like to change that this year.
3.Which flavor will you try? Vanilla for my morning coffee and chocolate for my afternoon iced Americano 🙂
I have only tried the chocolate but it’s amazing fuel for after my husband and I play volleyball. We love it
I’m trying to be mindful with what I do from eating healthy to workouts. This will also include stretching myself too thin. We are burning out with our too many commitments and we are reevaluating our activities.
I want to make the “banana split” drink you mentioned. Sounds fun!
I love your positive outlook! I also like that you don’t have to wait until new year for a change. New seasons can bring change!
Have you ever tried Core Power®? Unfortunately no, but after this post I want some now!
What goals are you setting this fall? I used to run daily, and this fall I’d like to get back to that! My wedding is in February, so I’d like to lean out a little. I also will incorporate more strength training!
Which flavor will you try? Chocolate all the way! can’t go wrong with chocolate!
1. Never tried it! Never seen it on the shelves either. 🙁
2. This fall I’m committing to pilates at least 3 times a week! I need to build my muscles back up as I’m guilty of being lazy during the summer. I also find that pilates boosts my happiness levels and anxiety has been kicking in real bad recently.
3. Chocolate all the way! Even though I love bananas, I usually don’t go for banana flavored drinks at all. And with raspberries, it is exactly the opposite – not a big fan, but love the flavor! I’m not sure what’s up with that. 😀
1. I have never tried it
2. My “fall” goal, well goal in general is to find myself… being a wife, mom, full time employed I have completely neglected myself… I have zero energy to even work out or to feel passionate about anything really. I’d like to find the old athletic me(athletic body lol) and to just be happy!
3. As long as they are allergy friendly, I would be most excited to just try plain vanilla haha
Hi Taralynn! Question for you: I’ve started doing Pure Barre classes and have been going about 4 times a week which has been great. Would this drink be good for right after a workout like that? Since a big goal of the class is to burn out the muscles, this drink seems like it would be good to restore protein. I’m terrible at nutrition facts though so thought I’d ask you 🙂 Thanks so much!
I have never tried these but I would love to try the Vanilla. I am usually a chocolate girl, but when it comes to protein drinks, vanilla is usually my favorite.
My goal this fall is to continue building up a good, solid running base without getting injured, and strength train more often.
1. Yes! And I absolutely love them! If I finish a workout and then I have to be out on the run during the day I try to swing through the gas station to grab one of these. I also enjoy them for breakfast sometimes.
2. This fall I am trying to keep a (somewhat) low carb diet. When I went to the doctor in June they told me I had slightly high chloesterol therefore I need to cut my carb intake down a little. Another goal of mine is to complete The Great Pumpkin Run for the 3rd year in a row, but this year completing the Tough Pumpkin portion (running the 5k with a pumpkin 10lbs or less and you to complete the Tough Pumpkin your pumpkin should not have been dropped and busted). I have been trying to train for it with my 6lb medicine ball. It’s a lot harder than one would think.
3. I have not tried the banana or strawberry banana, and both sound so delicious! I can’t even recall seeing them at my local gas station where I usually grab them at.
I personally don’t eat anything before a workout and don’t really like protein drinks, but it sounds like a great product for those who do!

I haven’t tried core power but am definitely going to after reading this post! 🙂 I see them all over but have never grabbed one. The strawberry banana sounds mighty tasty right now!
Fall goals- GETTING BACK ON TRACK! Haha September was a crazy month for me.. end of August I bought a new house on 7 acres and sold my house in the city. It’s been a full month of moving, getting settled and getting used to country life. I also have a new puppy and have
had extra work responsibilities this month requiring some travel.
not an excuse, but as a result my eating habits and work out habits have disappeared. There is no gym near my new country house so I need to get motivated to do workouts at home now, which is such a change for me!!! I love going to classes and gleaming accountability from others so it is definitely going to be an adjustment!
So fall goals- eating clean and working out again. I’m posting it here as accountability to jumpstart me back!
Hi Taralynn!!
I’ve never tried Core Power but love to explore with new protein drinks and bars! It’s my guilty pleasure. I get up really early to run before work and then do weights later in the day on my lunch break. I need to explore these drinks, I think they could be a super edition to my day! Goal wise this fall I really want to start building towards running a half marathon. Long term goal is to do the Disney Princess Half Marathon! I’d probably try the vanilla first. I’m a plain jane vanilla lover all the way. No shame.
Have you ever tried Core Power®?- I have only tried CorePower one time, I had the vanilla flavor and was surprised that it didn’t have the weird taste that some protein shakes do.
What goals are you setting this fall?- My goal is to be more active (I’ve enrolled in 2 fitness classes per week and joined a volleyball league!), really take time for self-care and enjoy what’s around me. My husband I just bought our first home, we love where we live and it’s gorgeous, so I make a conscious effort to get out and enjoy our area daily.
Which flavor will you try?- I would love to try the banana. I’ve never seen a banana flavored protein shake, but I always blend bananas into the smoothies I make myself.
Wow congrats! So exciting.
The banana is great!
1. I’ve ever tried it even heard of it before but it sounds great. I really want to try it especially since I play lacrosse.
2. My goals for fall are to lose 15 lbs, run 1 mile in 7 mins, and to complete a 10k run.
3. I want to try the vanilla. (Boring I know hahaha) I love everything vanilla.
Great goals!! & vanilla is NEVER boring! I’m with you!
I have never tried Core Power but I’m def a chocoholic so I can’t wait to try that one! Maybe even mix the chocolate & banana?? 🙂
My fall goal will turn into a winter goal and I’m starting to train for my very first half marathon in January! Taking a very slow start to put myself in the best place for it
So many half marathoners! I love it. Maybe I need to start training for one too lol
I have not tried it but I would love to after hearing the great review.
Fall is the time of year that I usually “fall” off from my workout routine due to my birthday and all of the upcoming holidays. I plan to change that this year. Plus I just got married and have been eating waaay too much sushi. LOL. I think it’s easier to work out when the weather starts cooling down versus the scorching California summer. I am definitely going to try to push myself to do more outside workouts so I don’t get distracted by the tv or my computer. It’s way too easy to get sucked into a good episode and push it off to a later day or time. That won’t happen if I’m running the beach trail instead. Working out outside also helps with my anxiety simply just breathing in the fresh air.
I think I would enjoy vanilla, banana and chocolate. I’ve only found one chocolate protein drink that I fell in love with, but would love to give this a try.
Hahahahaha I feel ya, girl!!!
I want to try them all!
I don’t blame you!
Have you ever tried Core Power®? I have years ago, I usually stick to protein bars but would give the drinks a try!
What goals are you setting this fall? I want to run my next marathon in 2018 (hopefully Chicago or NYC) and starting now so I don’t feel rushed like I did with my first one
Which flavor will you try? ALL! 🙂
Oh nice!!! It’s important not to rush them for sure. & allllll the flavors are great!
I’ve never tried Core Power, but it sounds awesome! One fall goal I have is to run a sub 3:40 marathon. And I’d love to try chocolate! 🙂
Elizabeth
I have NO DOUBT you’ll get there! You’re literally my running goals.
Aw thanks!!? We have to run a race together!!!!
lol you’ll be done by the time I finish the first mile lol! but yes yes yes please!!
I have never tried these before, but they should good.
My goal this fall is to continue to build strength after finally losing some weight that needed to be lost! And to be a good model of moderation in all things for my 5 yr, 3.5 yr and 10 mo. old daughters.
The vanilla sounds delicious!
Love that! Sounds like you already are a great role model.
1. nope, I’ve never tried these before. they look great!
2. I want to run more. I am training for a half marathon in February and am really excited to set a PR! I have been trying to be more prepared than I was for my last one.
3. Any! But the Strawberry Banana sounds delish.
Woooo! Good luck on that half. A great way to stay active!
Vanilla! I drink these after hour workouts!
Nice!
I have never tried core power, but would love to! I’m always on the lookout for products that provide natural sources of protein.
My goals are to get back to eating healthy and working out. I’ve had a rough heat and a half and it has derailed all my hard work. I need to lose wait again and get heakthy again so I can take care of my family.
All the flavors sound delicious, the strwberry/banana would be my first choice to try.
It’s a great flavor!! I love your goals and they seem very important to you! I have no doubt you’ll be able to stay on track and get to where you want to be!
1) I’ve only ever had a sip of my boyfriend’s but I’m interested!
2) As for fitness goals, I’d love to be able to run over 5 miles (I’ve never really tried before) and to finally get over my heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Lots of stretching and proper warm ups help!
3) Banana! I love vanilla too but banana is my favorite ice cream flavor so I have a feeling I’ll dig it 🙂
You can do it!! Just make sure you pay attention to any potential injuries!
Have you ever tried Core Power®? I haven’t yet, but I am super intrigued now!
What goals are you setting this fall? This fall, I am focusing on recovering from my marathon and then breaking my half marathon PR before the end of the year!
Which flavor will you try? I would totally be down for the chocolate. Chocolate and I have a thang for each other 😉
These will be great for your post runs! You have been DOMINATING the running game this year! So proud of you girl.
That’s what I was thinking too! Gotta love quick, easy protein as refuel! Awe, thank you so much! That means a lot! Hope you have an awesome weekend!!
Hello!
I’ve never tried Core Power but I’ve seen it at the grocery store.
The goal I have for this fall is to start running. I started earlier this year and fell off the wagon. I thought the cool weather of fall epjld help me keep it up.
I probably will try the chocolate flavor.
We all fall off the bandwagon! You got this!:)
I’ve had all of these! I buy them at the gym
SO cool that your gym has them available!
Have you ever tried Core Power®?
What goals are you setting this fall?
Which flavor will you try?
I have tried Core Power before, and it is one of my “go-to” protein drinks. I like to mix it with a double shot of espresso over ice for a healthier iced coffee. This fall I am working towards eating healthier and moving more. I work an office job, but I also have two very active small children so it is important to me to be able to keep up with them. I have also gotten back into running recently. It is a great stress reliever. I have been incorporating daily runs into my lunch break at work. My favorite Core Power is Vanilla, simply because it goes best with coffee. However, I might have to try to Strawberry as well.
Ohhhhh I love the idea of adding espresso!!
I’ve never tried Core Power but it seems like a pretty decent and nutritious drink. I’d love to try the strawberry banana flavor. One of the goals I’ve been making headway on this Fall is incorporating more intense workouts in the morning before I head off to work. It’s a great way to start my day even if I do have to wake up really early.
A great way to start the day! My friend Meighan does 6 am workouts before work and she says it makes all the difference!
I love Core Power! It’s my go-to when I’m running late and need a quick, healthy meal. My favorite flavor is vanilla, I really want to try the banana but it seems like it’s always sold out when I go to buy one-must mean it’s good right? My goal for the fall is to be able to run 4 miles without stopping. Right now I’m at about 3.25 on a good day!
You’re on your way to hitting that goal!
I have never tried Core Power but I’m always looking for ways to nourish my body the best! Definitely will have to give them a try!
Some goals this fall are:
– PR in at least one of the two half marathons I am running
– Make strength training a priority in my workout routines (at least 2 times per week)
– After the half marathons, I want to work on increasing my speed during shorter runs
I want to give Banana a try — or even mixing banana with chocolate! 😀
Chocolate and banana? YES! Those are great goals!
I want to try banana!
A great flavor!
Hey girl!
I haven’t tried it but I see it at my gym all the time.. ill have to try one when I go in next time! I would LOVE to try the banana flavor. YUM.
I am signed up to run a 15K at the end of October. It was a bit of a last minute decision and my runners knees have been acting up. I’m going in to it with the mindset of “I can only do the best I can”… I’m strength training as much as possible to strengthen my quads, stretching out my hamstrings every time, and running just when I feel good. If I end up having to walk a bit due to my knees at at least I’ll finish!
Have a good rest of the week
That is awesome! Nice job signing up! Just don’t over do the running, ice, strength train, and just baby it!
I haven’t tried it but have wanted too. I would try chocolate
My fall goal is to finish my first hslf marathon in a few weeks and to eat smarter and healthier.
Good luck on your half!!
I’ve never tried Core Power but I’m always up for trying new protein drinks. I’m looking forward to trying chocolate and vanilla, but I know the BF will devour all of them haha! One of my goals for the fall is to just continue to stay active. I started a new job so I’m on my feet all day, every day, but I don’t want to become lazy with my workout routine. Another one, would be to do a Turkey Trot. I miss running and it would be right inbetween 2 major holidays 🙂
That sounds like so fun! I miss running too and I’ve been slowly working my way back into long runs! 🙂
I have never tried Core Power but am very curious about it after reading your post.
I’m a mom and have put myself last for a long time. I’ve just started to get back on the fitness train. Im training for a half marathon in the spring.
I’m excited to try banana and maybe to mix chocolate and banana!
Nice job! Training will definitely keep you on track! These will be great for post long runs.
1) I have never tried these! Although they look good. I have a busy life and a shake like this seems perfect for my daily routine.
2) I have gained over 20lbs after graduating college. My fall goal is to get the weight off in a healthy way! I want to be strong and fit like I once was. I’m basically a couch potatoe that hates working out. I just moved into an apartment complex that has a fitness room I’m so excited to use!!!
3) I would try every flavor!
The beautiful about the body is that we can change/mold it! Life happens, just pick yourself up and go get it! I have no doubt you’ll reach those goals!
Chocolate!
A great choice!
1. Nope – never even heard of it! Maybe we don’t have it in Canada? Would be awesome to try though!
2. To be more consistent with my fitness. I go from a perfect week of eating and working out to 3 weeks of practically zero activity. Hoping to get more serious about it and take charge of my health.
3. Banana!! But they all sound delicious.
I’m not sure if it’s in Canada!
& I love staring with long walks to ease into a new fitness routine!
Have you ever tried Core Power®?
– I have! I love the flavors that I have tried!
What goals are you setting this fall?
– I’d like to read more books, do a little more yoga, and be more productive at work.
Which flavor will you try?
– I’ll definitely have to find the banana one. Sounds good to me! ❤️
Ohhh the banana one is so good! I love your goals! Reading & yoga! Sounds amazingly peaceful!
Look good! Vanilla!
A great flavor!
This is great! I have tried the Chocolate Core Power and loved it! I really would love to try the Banana Strawberry one….I’m tempted to mix them all and truly make a Banana Split Shake as you mentioned!
Lol, I think they need to make a banana split flavor!
I haven’t tried!
I would love the strawberry banana.
I’m looking forward to getting back in shape after having my son!
Congrats on becoming a mom!:) How exciting!!!
I have not tried Core Power, but have wanted to! You’ve convinced me!!!
My fall goals include trying crossfit. I do a lot of strength training but have been intimidated by crossfit, time to put the fear aside and just do it!!!!
I’m a vanilla person. ?
Crossfit is tough! You go girl.
& I am also a vanilla person!
I have not, but I’ve seen it when out and about and have always wondered what it tastes like!
This fall I want to try and incorporate healthier options for food throughout my day. I’m usually really good with breakfast/lunch, but it’s when I get home that it can go downhill!
The first flavor I’d try is chocolate because that’s the flavor of protein drinks I usually love the most!
Yes, meal prepping helps with that nighttime/after dinner downward slope!
1. I never tried Core Power
2. My goal is just to maintain my fitness activities and try inspire people around me to be more active and be healthy
3. The Strawberry Banana sound yummy 🙂
Oh and it’s so good!!
I love CP!
I don’t blame you! 🙂 What’s your favorite flavor?
I have not tried Core Power®.
My goal this fall is to go at least a day each week without social media/seeing the news because I always end up seeing sad and horrible things that really affects my mental health.
I think I would try the chocolate or strawberry banana first.
Thank you for the chance!
I agree. I think I could do that as well!
xo xo
I’ve never tried it but would love to try the chocolate flavor or make a banana split concoction like you did! My goal for this fall is to spend some more time walking outside now that the weather’s finally cooling down a bit.
Walking outside is my favorite!:)
I definitely want to try CorePower! It looks so convenient! My goals for the fall are to stay active. I’ve joined a new gym, and am loving it so much that I’ve been going 5 days a week and miss it on my rest days! This is the first time this has happened…haha. I would try the chocolate, but I love your idea of making them Banana Split flavors!
Nice job joining a new gym!! Lol the banana split was genius!
Wow sounds like a great on the go protein! I haven’t tried it before, but I’d love to! Chocolate all the way of course.
This fall I will be focusing on eating local, seasonal produce and trying new wholesome recipes. I recently started hot yoga and will be continuing through this cold season!
1. I have had the vanilla CP and loved it!
2. My goals for this fall is to continue my workout routine through winter and not stop like I did last year.
3. I want to try the chocolate CP.
Yes, the chocolate is so good!
I have tried the Vanilla CP before and loved it! It was my go to after my workout and before heading to class. My goal for this fall is to continue running outside throughout fall/winter which will be a lot easier now that I just moved to California from WI. The next flavor of CP that I want to try is Chocolate.
Yes, the vanilla is so good and chocolate is just as great! You’ll have no problem running outside in CA! enjoy!
Core power sounds so good ! Will have to see if I can get it in New Zealand. My main goal for this spring (your fall) is my half marathon (City to Beach) I am currently training 7 days a week to make sure I am ready for it, and also trying all different types of protein shakes for recovery as well to make sure I am ready for marathon day. If I can find CP in Nz I will definitely try the strawberry and vanilla flavours. I wonder if you could make chia pudding with it??
7 days a week? Dang, girl!! You can DEF make chia pudding with it and thats a great idea!
I’ve been curious about this stuff!
It’s so good!
Strawberry!
so tasty!
I have tried Core Power before! I got it at Target and lovedddd it. I’m not setting too many goals this fall – I have a 10 miler in late October and I’m just hoping to beat my time from last year! Other than that, not too much. I’ve already tried the Core Power Chocolate, but I would love to try the Strawberry Banana!
That is great! I think focussing on one important goal is so doable! Good luck on that 10 miler!!
Hi! Never tried Core Power.. I’m usually pretty hesitant with those types of drinks.. but after reading your review and all the comments above I may just have to pick up a bottle! I would want to try chocolate I think! My fitness goal for the fall… I have recently joined a new studio that does barre and cycle. I am in the process of training to become a barre instructor – which takes up a lot of time! But I want to make sure I am still taking class 5-6 times a week!
Ahhh love barre and cycle! Flywheel/barre does that here in Charlotte! That is serious dedication! YOU GO GIRL!
1. I have not ever tried it, but I would like to!
2. My goals for this fall are to become happy with my body and to get active again. It’s so hard to make the time between school and working for exercise, but I’ve set a goal to run 50 miles in October.
3. Chocolate all the way!!
I love your goals!
The chocolate is my favorite! I want to try the banana.
it’s delicious!
I’ve never tried Core Power before, but I would definitely like to! I’ve been working on setting goals to increase my strength training this Fall and cutting back a little bit on my cardio! Core Power would be the perfect after workout fuel for me to recover with! I like anything chocolate or vanilla so I would love to try those flavors, but honestly I would try them all.
Great goals! & they are all great!:)
1. I’ve seen it in stores but never tried it I’ve been hesitant because I have tried the muscle milk and it really messes with my stomach 🙁
2. my fall goals are more hiking! I live in the Midwest we have beautiful falls here and lots of amazing hiking to take advantage of! also at least 4 orange theory classes a week! i only have a few more weeks to get this in since i will be gone most of November for my wedding and honeymoon!
3. I totally would try the strawberry banana! yummm!!!
I love Core Power. I’d like to try the banana!
1. I honestly am not sure. I don’t think I have tried Core Power yet.
2. Over all just trying to get healthy. I used to dance 24/7 and stopped and haven’t been as toned since. Really just falling in love in my body is my goal. But I wouldn’t mind to tone back up.
3. Mmm I really want to try strawberry ?
1. I haven’t ever tried Core Power but I’ve seen it around a lot!
2. My goal this fall is to run my second half marathon, and hopefully a little faster than my first! 🙂
3. I loveee all things chocolate so I would love to try that flavor!
I haven’t tried Core before but I’d love to the the Chocolate flavor! I’m going to work on building my strength again after my half marathon on October 29th.
I haven’t tried it but would be interested in trying the strawberry banana. My goal is to be able to do an unassisted pull up!
I’ve never tried Core Power, but we’re HUGE believers in supplementing our diet with liquid protein, especially because we’re both plant based! Ben drinks protein smoothies throughout the day, and I try to at least get one in after I work out. It makes a huge difference in our muscle recovery!
ALWAYS setting fitness goals, but also trying to use my time wisely and working smarter not harder! I love autumn so much, it’s weirdly easier for me to get motivated now than in the summer!
Vanilla is my go to flavor :).
Yay! I have been wanting to try a “fitness milk,” that didn’t taste like poo, *cough* muscle milk *cough* (I could NOT get through a bottle of the chocolate.. ugh.) and I’m excited to try Core Power now! I haven’t yet, but will be adding it to my grocery list!
I am still attempting to hit a bicycling goal of 500 miles this year, and I have a couple hundred left to get in (outdoors! Indoors is a whole different goal on my trainer!) I am guessing this would be an amazing drink to keep in my bottle holder on the trail!
I am a chocolate LOVER, so I have to try it. BUT, the strawberry banana also sounds delicious because those flavors mix so well!
I haven’t tried it yet!
My goals this fall are all about bettering myself. I want to be working out at least three days a week regularly. Not just a week here and there. I want to be training for my first 10k in the spring.
I want to try all the flavors. Strawberry for sure!
I’ve never tried Core Power but I’ve seen it around and now will have to try it! My fall goals are to keep up my workout routine (it gets harder the colder it gets outside), and to get in more cardio with my pup! I’m ? I’m super interested to try all the flavors, I think vanilla might be my favorite to add to smoothies!
1. Yes, I have tried Core Power and love it. It’s a perfect recovery drink after my long runs on the weekend. 2. My goal for this fall was to qualify for the Boston Marathon 2019 and I accomplished that goal last Sunday in Berlin. So excited! 3. The flavor I would like to try is vanilla. I have only had the chocolate one.
I have not tried the Core Power but will need to. I love FairLife Chocolate milk. I’m going to try the vanilla first. This fall I am going to focus on base building, to help in my goal of a full marathon next year.
Never tried, exercise daily, vanilla
I haven’t tried Core Power yet but you’re making me want to! 😉 I plan to pick some up next time I’m at the store. I think I’d like the strawberry banana or chocolate flavors best. And, my fitness goal this Fall is to make healthy choices more consistently, especially with what I eat. So far I’m doing okay! Better than I have in the past.
I’ve never tried Core Power but I keep seeing all these great recipes that incorporate it for an extra protein boost, so my fingers are crossed for this giveaway!
I’m trying to really be more conscious about what I’m eating and making smarter choices.
I’m dying to try the vanilla because I feel like it’s a great base for everything!
1. Have you ever tried Core Power®?
I’ve never tried Core Power or any protein shake. I usually get protein bars.
2. What goals are you setting this fall?
My fitness goals include running at least 1x/week, getting 10,000 steps per day, and to choose healthy snacks.
3. Which flavor will you try?
I will probably try the vanilla!
I have tried the chocolate and really liked it. I love strawberry milkshakes so I have a feeling I will like that flavor. My goal this fall it to continue working out consistently and work on integrating a few days of running into my week.
I’ve never tried Core Power, but I will now! I’ve never really been the protein shake type, but my schedule is getting crazier and my workouts are getting harder, so having something like this will probably be helpful!
My goals for this fall are mostly to continue losing weight and get back on track. I’ve hired a trainer that I’m starting with on the 23rd and I can’t wait to get going! She’s writing out workouts for me, plus a macro split, and I’m excited to push my body to new limits!
I think I’ll try chocolate or vanilla; those are usually my favorite! ?
1. I have never tried them but I am always looking for different types of protein shakes to try after an intense workout.
2. I work in professional sports and the summers are definitely my busiest while the fall and winter are more of what I consider my downtime. I eat relatively healthy but my goals are to start incorporating more vegetables into my diet and getting into more of a routine with them to help me with my healthy lifestyle goals. I also want to hit the gym more regularly now that my schedule won’t be as hectic.
3. More times than not, I enjoy vanilla flavored drinks so I’d probably be excited to try that one the most! 🙂
1. I have never tried core power but I have seen it on your Instagram before and have wanted to give it a try since I am crazy busy and work nights at a hospital. So I need fast easy and nourishing!
2. Some goals of mine for this fall are to stay active and fit no matter how crazy my schedule gets because I always feel my best when I’m staying on track. I want to work on minimizing excuses for not eating to nourish and fuel. There’s always a reason to pick something that’s easier and not as healthy but I need to work on preparing for the busy and planning ahead to avoid making excuses. I want to focus solely on eating and exercise to feel good and energized and be healthy not for a body image goal. I don’t need to change the way I look but rather the way I live.
3. I think I’d really love the vanilla and strawberry banana flavors!
Entered!
1) No I haven’t!
2) I have a goal to start eating healthier to set my body up to get back down to a better weight.
3) I think the Strawberry Banana sounds good!
1. Never tried!
2. Continue to eat well and workout and not fall too deeply into the wonders of fall (and winter) foods 😍
3. All sound yum
1. No, I’ve never tried Core Power but they look yummy!
3. I would love to incorporate more clean eating into my day to day life + run my second half and hopefully do better the second go of it!
3. They all look good, I think I need to try all four of them! 🙂
I have not yet tried Core Power, but I have seen so many people that bring it to the gym. I just put it on my grocery list and I will be trying it soon!
I have a goal to lose about 50 lbs. Also to continue going to the gym 5-6 days a week. I’m not a runner and I live in South Florida so right now it’s just too dang hot to do much outside. I do swim a lot and go to the gym but I need other exercise activities that I like.
I will try the chocolate first I think!
I have not tied CorePower yet.
My goal for this fall is to lose weight and just be healthy. I had the Gastric Sleeve on 9/26 and have lost 19 lbs since surgery and 41lbs since I started the whole journey. Right now I can only drink full liquids which includes protein shakes. I have been drinking the Premier Protien daily.
I would love to try them all but if I had to choose probably the vanilla. I think it’s really hard to find a good vanilla protein shake.
I haven’t tried CORE yet… I would be into the chocolate I am sure or was that strawberry? My goals this fall is to get back into a workout regemine and clean up my eating habits. Our receptionist at work keeps bringing in caramels, which I LOVE. And I can’t stop eating them. I don’t even know why I eat it…when I know I shouldn’t.
I haven’t tried any power core yet. I would love to try vanilla and strawberry.
My goals for this fall is to keep working on core de force.
Running a half marathon in spring so I will continue to train for this and lift weights 3 x weekly
I have not yet tried Core Power but the strawberry banana sounds fantastic! Plus I always love anything chocolate. My goal for the fall is to stay on track and focus on my health in all areas. I’m almost halfway through my final year of law school and making time for the gym and to cook healthy meals instead of deferring to take out is what I strive for. I need to stay focused on academics but making sure I don’t forget to focus on my personal health can only help me keep going!
Those are great goals! & congrats on law school! How incredible. Sounds like you have great goals and I have no doubt you can reach all of them!
