I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t like chocolate. It’s life’s gold, it makes my tastebuds dance, and it’s the comfort of all comfort foods. When I eat chocolate, I try to do it right (doesn’t always work). Lately, I’ve been on a chocolate kick. It’s like my tastebuds are at war with me and no matter what, I surrender to their chocolate swords! Luckily, there is always a healthier alternative.
For the past couple of days, I have been combining no sugar added Soy Delicious’s coconut milk chocolate ice cream with almonds and little dark chocolate chia seeds. I’d really like to know how they make the dark chocolate chia seeds perfectly! It would be easy to do them in clusters…but individually? Maybe they have little fairies dipping the seeds into the chocolate for them. Now, that’s a theory!
This combo works perfectly together and definitely cures my chocolate tooth. I don’t feel bad about it either. It’s low sugar, has antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein.

What?! Chocolate covered chia seeds?? They look a little crazy- the kind of crazy that I would begin adding to absolutely everything. Maybe I shouldn’t buy them haha
