It’s day two of the New Year and I’ve already had the pizza craving. Instead of ordering pizza and throwing all the progress down the drain at lunch, I whipped up a salad with all of my favorite pizza toppings!
This salad had chopped romain, mozzarella cheese, croutons, pepperoni, banana peppers, yellow bell peppers, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and my homemade salad dressing! (balsamic, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, pepper)
My workout today was a three mile walk with Mr. Grumples, 45 minute spin class, and a fifteen minute relaxation stretch!
What did you do for a workout today!?

Hi Taralynn,
This salad looks so good! It’s a great idea for a pizza craving. I probably would have just grabbed pizza! Lol! My question is that I have noticed on done if your new posts, you aren’t adding the calories per serving and the serving sizes. Will you not be doing that anymore? I love that you do that. That way I know how many calories I am consuming. I have noticed other websites don’t do it and it makes me not want to try their recipes. Thanks!

The great thing about pizza is thY you can easily recreate the flavours in a lighter dish–all you really need is tomato and cheese. 🙂 smart thinking.

Hello! Is there any way you could post the recipe for your salad dressing you used here? I’m awful at eyeballing things!
Thank you!
