Holy Moly Menu!
Yesterday, Emilee and I went out to breakfast. Neither of us had groceries in the house and didn’t want to go grocery shopping on an empty stomach. We also had other errands to run, so we decided to get breakfast first.
The morning weather was gorgeous. The perfect breeze, warm sun, and fresh air made us want to sit outside, so we searched for an outdoor restaurant. We decided on Le Peeps. I had never eaten there before and I love trying out new restaurants so I was sold.
The menu was huge! It took me a while to figure out what I wanted. I like when restaurants have smaller menus because it cuts my “hmmm what do I want” thinking time in half. They had breakfast with espresso drinks and a lunch menu, but I was set on breakfast.
I usually order the same thing when I go to breakfasts restaurants. I always seek out their healthy omelets and fresh fruit. The omelet I ordered was the egg white garden veggie omelet. It had tomatoes, spinach, onions, broccoli, and peppers. I substituted the toast and hash browns with fresh fruit. I’m saving my carb load for France.
Everything was delicious.
They had the tastiest English Muffins! You can tell they were homemade because they were soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. Nothing like the frozen ones! Yum yum yum!
After breakfast, we headed over to the fabric store to pick out material for our upcoming headbands!
