Hey! Hey! Hey! It’s Friday!:)
Last night, the girls and I met up by the pool for grilling out, drinks, tennis and volleyball!
I was on dessert duty! I made one of my favorites, Scotcharoos! This was my mom’s go to dessert for all of our family bbq’s.
Paulina made a delicious cold pasta!
She mixed together cold soba noodles, olive oil, cucumbers, cilantro, and lime juice!
Recipe from Kellogg’s Rice Krispies!
INGREDIENTS *1 cup light corn syrup, *1 cup sugar, *1 cup peanut butter, *6 cups Kellogg’s® Cocoa Krispies® cereal, *1 package (6 oz., 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, *1 cup butterscotch chips, *1 cup mini m&ms
Recipe from Kellogg’s Rice Krispies!
DIRECTIONS
1. Place corn syrup and sugar into 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Mix well. Add KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Top with m&ms. Let stand until firm. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars when cool.
Note: Before measuring the corn syrup, coat your measuring cup with cooking spray–the syrup will pour easily out of the cup.
Paulina grilled kabobs, corn, onions, and chicken drummies! They were perfect:) I had been craving grilled corn for so long. I can’t wait for Jeremy’s dad to send us his corn fresh off the farm!

Love all your recipes and pists! What do you put on your grill to prevent sticking and how long do you grill your corn? Never had grilled corn before and it sounds yummy!

I made a variation of Paulina’s pasta salad and it was great! I didn’t have soba noodles on hand so I used whole wheat spaghetti and I added a couple pinches of crushed red pepper flakes. Soooo good!
