I know these probably don’t look too appetizing, but they are phenomenal. If you are a banana bread fan, you’d love these! It’s an easy fix and super healthy.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine: 1/2 medium banana, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, 1 tablespoon oats (gluten free oats if you are gluten free), 1 packet Stevia, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
You can add additional ingredients like: raisins, chocolate chips, almonds, coconut etc. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and drop three 2 tablespoon sized cookies onto the sheet. Bake for 10-twelve minutes. Allow to cool down for fifteen minutes before eating.
Nutrition Per Cookie: 30 Calories, 5 g Carbs, 1 g Fat, 1 g Protein, 1 g Fiber, 2 g Sugar
Do you have to use the ground flax seed in the recipe? I don’t want to go have to buy some just for 1 tablespoon of it.
