This was an INCREDIBLY easy and fast dinner! It is also very inexpensive.
- Garden Vegetable Medley Bag (Green Giant Steamers)
- 2 Orange Bell Peppers
- 2 Cups Cooked Shrimp
- 2 Tbsp Hawaiian Marinade (Lawrys)
- 1/2 Onion
Instead of eating a bag of the steamed medley I added more vegetables and more protein to make it more filling and nutritious. The medley tasted NOTHING like frozen vegetables!
I grilled the stir fry on 500 degrees for 15 minutes stirring it every 3 minutes. I also laid a sheet of tin foil with cooking spray on it before hand.
Makes Two Servings: 210 Calories, 21g Protein, 14g Carbs, 4g Fat, 9g Fiber
I think I’ll make this more often!!
