Here is my refreshing mid morning snack! The weather is so hot today and I’m about to go take a swim! I cut up 1/4 of a grapefruit and crushed it, then I added it to my plain fat free yogurt with 1 packet of truvia. I topped it with cool whip, pink sprinkles and a couple grapefruit slices on the side! It’s a perfect protein fix.
