TGIF! Today my lunch was so delicious! On the bottom right I have cheesy rice (1/2 cup broccoli cheese soup and 1/2 cup brown rice). My mom used to make this for me when I was a little girl and I loved it. On the bottom left is a cinnamon graham cracker with 5 milk chocolate candy melts and 1/2 honey-crisp apple. It’s Friday and I need my chocolate fix 🙂 On the top I have romaine lettuce, banana peppers, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
