I’m a coffee lover, obsessor, and couldn’t go a day without it. I’ve tried to quit plenty of times but I always fail. It’s not necessarily the feeling of caffeine but its the taste and the warmth. I have coffee in the morning, in the afternoon and after dinner. After dinner I usually drink decaf so I can get a good nights sleep. I found Irenes Bakery Biscotti at Whole foods a couple months ago and love having it after dinner as a dessert with my coffee. There are several different flavors too! Im working on coming up with my own 20 calorie recipe for biscotti right now ,because if I keep buying these my bank account will take a hit.
