For some reason, Monday morning’s are impossible when it comes to waking up. But only when I have to go to work. If I’m not working, I can easily get up. It’s psychological! For breakfast, on this lovely monad morning, I’m having a healthy bowl of oatmeal.
- 1/2 Cup Dried Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Strawberry Halves
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 10 Almonds
- 1 Packet of Truvia!
