This may seem really dorky and really cheesy but it’s actually worked! After Jeremy and I moved to Chicago we realized we started slipping into hold habits, we were eating out a lot rather than cooking dinner, stopped spending time at the gym, and were just being totally lazy! He had a great idea that we should make a goal chart! It is fun to give each other check marks, it’s almost like a competition! We set a goal to have 80% of the boxes checked, and if we do by Sunday we get to treat ourselves! You can make one of these charts with yourself to help you get motivated or with a friend! I bought the board at Walmart for 4$!
