Eggs are a great protein source and a great source for omega-3 fats. There are so many ways you can cook them, too. One of my favorite ways is a sunny side up. My dad used to make them for me as a kid. I would dip my toast into the yolk.  Now, I like to make them with a twist. I pour sesame seed oil into the frying pan and it gives the eggs a wonderful flavor!

I usually eat a side of toast and fruit with the eggs. Today, I was out of bread so I just used some was a crackers.
