Good Morning!
We’ve made it to Tuesday and it’ll be Friday before we know it 🙂 I’ve been living for my weekends lately. It’s fun to explore the city with friends, grab coffee, hang out at a brewery and do a couple workouts outdoors. I have so many posts lined up for you guys, but I thought this one would be a fun becuase it’s a GIVEAWAY. Whenever companies reach out to me to run giveaways, I hardly ever turn them down becuase I know you guys love them. I mean…who doesn’t love free stuff? The only sad part about this giveaway is that I can’t enter. I loved these Bolthouse Farm juices so much that I want another box to sit on my doorstep every week.
I think everyone has their own way of drinking juice. Some people drink it for breakfast, post workout, or for a snack. I use juices for all kinds of situations. If I need a quick pre or post workout drink, I’ll pour about 8 ounces into a glass to drink. If I need a snack or an energy boost, I’ll pour some to go. I also like the chocolate and vanilla juices for a dessert. It cures the sweet tooth instantly.
I’ve been on a health kick for the past month. Have you noticed the lack or pizza and wings in my posts? I’m trying to become as healthy as possible, but I refuse to give up wine (Sorry-not-sorry). Sometimes we get caught up in all the unhealthy foods and enjoying life through food that we forget our health. Football season, Christmas, and all the other holidays set me back. The great thing about our bodies is that we can mold them and control whatever goes into them. Since I’ve been trying to really improve my running and get faster, I’ve been focusing on healthier options. The healthier I eat, the better I feel during workouts. I’ve actually dropped fifteen pounds since November. Now, all I have to work on is sculpting some abs for summer. 😉 I always have to be careful becuase I wasn’t blessed with a fast metabolism and I have some thyroid issues, but that doesn’t discourage me to keep pushing towards my goals. I love seeing all my progress and the muscle tone. No matter how little of progress you’ve made, you should ALWAYS be proud of yourself. Set a goal and don’t let anyone/anything get in your way!
What I love about the juices is that I can keep them in my fridge, and pour a small glass of any flavor whenever I want. The Bolthouse Farm drinks have the BEST flavor and they’re smoothie thick. They come in juices, smoothies, protein shakes, and cafe beverages. There isn’t a flavor I do not like. They have NO SUGAR ADDED, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, or high fructose corn syrup. They’re also gluten free.
I couldn’t believe they had no sugar added becuase they tasted super sweet, but the sweetness comes from the fruit. I’ve been taking a shot of the juice with my vitamins for the past week. It gives you an extra dose of vitamins and mineral rich ingredients.
Here is a list of all the flavors! HERE
My favorite flavor is the green goddess and I love the chocolate protein plus for a nightly dessert.
Here is a store locator so you can go out and give one of the juices a try HERE
Bolthouse Farms wants to give TWO of my readers their own case of juices to try!

2.I am most proud of sticking with my marathon training program, running my first full marathon in April!!!

Bolthouse is the best! My dad is a farmer here in California and that is who we grow our carrots for! Love your blog Taralynn been following your journey for years!
Jennifer says
I have three healthy goals. 1) To get myself down to a healthier weight 2) To work on my running to do a Wine/Vineyard themed 5k this summer (After the 5k you get to taste wine, and if you do the mile walk too, there are four wine tasting stops. I thought you might like that haha) and 3) Continue my healthy living once I’ve reached my goals.
I’ve been using my lose it app to track my calories to get me on track, and I’ve kept up with that consistently, which I’m not usually good at doing! Also, since I moved, I grabbed my bike from my parents house and have started biking recently… which I haven’t done in years!
I should win these juices because I’ve only tried one flavor (Tropical Goodness…. YUM) and it’s a very healthy alternative drink if I need a boost, or if water just isn’t going to cut it at the moment! I love juice 🙂
Amy Joy says
Taralynn I love your giveaways 🙂
1. My healthy goals are to be more nutrition lead instead of flavor lead. I want to like things that give me more nutrition instead of eating things that are empty calories. Of course, I want the things that are nutritious to be yummy 😉 I know these drinks are because I just tried my first one yesterday and it was delicious!
2. Currently I am most proud of the fact that I have been constantly working out since the beginning of February. I don’t think I have taken more than three days off in a row (which is way too many but a good starting place)
3. I should win these juices because I am a broke college student who tries to eat healthy and winning a case of these would help me with that 😉
Claudia says
What are you healthy goals? Try to run a 5k this year. I am doing it for myself

Hey Taralynn!
My healthy goals aren’t just about fitness- I want a healthy mind too! I’ve been a victim of my own negative thoughts and I’m finally breaking free of that! I believe in myself, no more “I can’t”. I want my healthiest mindset and healthiest body this 2016! I am so proud that I am taking responsibility for myself and my wellbeing- it’s so easy to blame anything else (busy schedules, work, family etc.) But I’m accountable for myself and I’m proud that this time I’m doing what’s best for me! I’d love these bolthouse juices for a refreshing morning drink or for a quick delicious fill up after a workout! They would be so fun to try!
Leslie says
1. My health goals is to start taking better care of myself. As a mom you get so busy taking care of everyone else that you kind of go to the wayside. So eating cleaner would be number 1.
2. I’m proud of myself because I’ve began running. Something I never thought I could do and I am just able to run three miles without stopping 🙂
3. Because I’m on the go all the time with the kids and it would be an easy thing to take along as a snack, pre workout, or a postwork meal. Thanks! It was a great post!
Brooke says
My health goals is to lose 15 more lbs. I’m really proud of myself lately for constantly drinking water and staying hydrated. I also would love to win this case because as a flight attendant, it’s easy to fall into bad eating and drinking habits. I could keep these in my lunchbox and have them on hand whenever I need them. Pick me pick me!
Melissa Young says
Good morning,

I am most proud that i have stopped telling myself negative things and try to focus on the positive. I am looking for the silver lining!

1. I used to eats fruits and salads like noone’s business. But, after getting married I started to go out to eat all the time. There are have been 2-3 days where I ve gone not having a bite of fruit. And that is not me! I try to take vitamins to supplement it but I wanna get my vitamins and minerals from actual food. Plus, did I mention I am a nutritionist?
2.Not only that,I used to work out every single day (for years) and again I don’t know what happened after marriage but I stopped that too. Now, we moved into a new apartment and it is not in the city anymore. We have a great gym/yoga studio and jogging trails. I just got back to my old self to work out again and that makes me beyond happy. I guess I am most proud about that now.
3. I NEED to win these juices because like I said I want my fruits back! And I think this will be the best way for me to get back to my habit. Plus, I love juices but I am too lazy to make them. So, if I end up liking these yeah baby! Here comes back my fruits! So, I promise it will be going for a good cause and I will be very grateful!
Thanks Tara!

Jocelyn Bugan says
Hi Taralynn!
I’ve been following your journey for a while now and you’ve been super inspirational to me.
My healthy goals have a fitness-concentrated focus and nutrition is arguably the most important component. Something that I’ve been trying is introducing a fast acting carbohydrate during my workout. A lot of people have been using sugary supplements but they don’t really sit well with me. Bolthouse farms would be the PERFECT carb boost for workouts! I’m currently most proud of myself for realizing that the path to fitness does not only happen in the gym, it takes a lot of hard work and learning to implement good nutrition. I’m hoping to someday become a health coach!! Thanks for being awesome and giving us the opportunity to participate in awesome giveaways like this!!
Alyson says
1. My goals are to lose the extra weight I picked up while in grad school and to run my first 5k!
2.I have been going to a gym (Orange Theory) for a year! I have never before committed to anything for this long and dont plan on stopping any time soon.
3. I should win because i work at a job where there isnt a whole lot of time for food prep/smoothie prep and this would make it that much easier to eat/drink healthier while on the go.
Kylie says
My healthy goals are to drink cut out soda, and only drink water, tea and natural juices. Eat only healthy foods, and to work my butt off in the gym! I’ve got 50lbs to lose until my goals have been reached!
I’m most proud of myself because I’m finally sticking to my goals because I want to be a better mommy to my 9 month old son, I used to make excuses to not eat right and to avoid going to the gym but now I have my husbands support and we’re doing it as a team to help each other through the process!
I should win the juices because they’ll definitely help me fight my cravings and be able to keep to my goals, it’s also really hard to find good natural juices without a bunch of added sugars.
Thank you for the opportunity! 🙂
You are my role model to get me through this!
amy says
What are you healthy goals?
Currently I am a runner, weight lifter, and dedicated yogi 🙂 My goals for health are to get my clean eating back on track. I have a huge sweet tooth and work 12-hour shifts as an ER nurse. I have a bad habit of binging on those sweets after a stressful day. I think these drinks would give me a healthier alternative.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am proud of myself for always my openness to try to new things. I love to travel. On this year’s docket is Punta Cana, San Francisco, and Italy. I also love trying new health trends. In the last year I have started hiking and doing stand-up paddle boarding!
What should YOU win these juices?
I need that SWEET TOOTH CURE so I do not binge eat after work 🙂 🙂
Mercedes says
Hi Taralynn!
My health goals are to find my balance in my diet and exercise. I, like you, when through phases of overweight, healthy weight, underweight, and back to a healthy weight. After about a year of transitioning from underweight to a healthy weight, I’m ready to start building muscle again. I am on a mission to achieve a new healthy frame of mind and a strong body to match!
I am currently most proud of myself for setting aside the negative unhealthy opinions, views and thoughts from others and listen to my body, my mind, and my heart. I alone have decided to live a strong and healthy lifestyle for myself. I will not allow myself to fall into the too skinny trap because of the media; and I will not allow myself to fall into the overindulgence trap by the “why do you always eat healthy, you should enjoy food more” trap. I am proud of myself for seeking a balanced lifestyle 🙂
To be honest, I think everyone should win every giveaway! But I guess I ‘should’ win these juices because they will be a piece of the puzzle that win empower me to continue with my healthy life goals. A perfect snack to fuel my morning runs, a great mid-morning snack in the office (maybe a little healthy inspiration for the coworkers!), or a filling post-work snack on the train ride home.
Good luck to everyone else entering this giveaway!!
🙂 xo

Woo here we go!
1. In April I’m getting certified to teach a group fitness class so my health goals are being in a good place mentally and physically to help other people get fit!
2. I am most proud of myself for finally getting this certification. I’ve been thinking about doing it…and then talk myself out of it…and then talk myself back into it ☺️
3. I just started getting into juices. Literally yesterday tried the naked green juice but I was not much of a fan. I love trying new things and sharing what I like and don’t like with my girl friends who are also into fitness trends. Girl power!

I am trying to stay away from sweets and workout at least 3-4 days a week.

My healthy goals are to get back into running again and tone my arms and legs more! Currently, I’m proud that I bought a Fitbit and have been hitting my step goal for the past week, it really keeps me up to date on how much I’m actually moving all day. It would be awesome to win these juices because I have an hour commute to my job and I’m always looking for on the go snacks for my way home! Have a great day:)
Arica Eberle says
My healthy goals are really trying to be healthy and not just skinny. As someone who has always been overweight everyone has pressured me into losing weight only for the number value. I just want to be healthy and live life to the fullest!
I am currently most proud of my work as a social worker, I work with girls who are usually in poverty. I create program to help all of their boundaries as a teen. Every week we do a program about self love and being healthy. Girls are always saying they can’t eat because they try to lose weight. I encourage them to ditch that thinking and eat healthy. I also encourage them to facilitate these programs so that they can gain leadership skills.
I would love to win this giveaway so I can give them to my girls and we can incorporate them into our healthy programs that we put on! I know my girls would absolutely love it!!!
Sasha Rasmussen says
My current health goal is strength. I believe that strength is beauty, and no matter your size, you can be strong. I used to think that fitness was all about the scale and my jean size. But now I realize that fitness is SO much more than that! I have been focusing on strength training with weights and calisthenics and it has opened up a whole new world of fitness for me.
The thing I am most proud about is my upper body strength improvement. I went from not being able to do a single push up to doing 15 in just a matter of months by working at it every day. My core strength has also improved and it has significantly helped my back pain and my posture when I run.
I hope I win these juices because I love Bolthouse Farm’s protein juices. I am a vegetarian and getting enough protein in my diet for my strength training is very important. I would love to start my day with a Bolthouse Farm juice or protein shake!
Thanks for the post, Taralynn!

Hi! My health goals are to do a 5k and work my way up and to eat intuitively by really listening to my body. I am currently so proud of myself for dedicating most of my time (and social life) to my nursing degree. It is hard but will be worth it when I graduate next March! I think I should win this giveaway because these drinks will make a super quick way for me to get some nutrients in while I’m on the go (which I usually am because of school and work). These types of things are perfect for my current lifestyle!!
Richelle says
My healthy goals are to continue to maintain the healthy lifestyle I have worked so hard to develop all while improving it and continuing to make a better version of me for myself and my family. I’m currently most proud of the lifestyle changes I have made over the last year while in nursing school. With the stress, long nights and little sleep, I have been strict on my healthier ways and have seen a tremendous improvement in my attitude and energy. I believe I should win these juices because they would work perfectly in my fast paced lifestyle of working full time, graduating next month, planning my wedding, and preparing to move 7 states away from home.
Nicole Lynne says
1. What are you healthy goals?
Right now I’m trying to shed some pounds but more importantly be the healthiest me that I can. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in life and forget that at the end of the day your body is the most important thing to take care of.
2. What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I’m most proud of myself for becoming a nurse!! I’ve been out of school for only about 6 months and I’ll be starting a full time position next week 🙂 I’m proud of myself for getting through one of the hardest programs and I’m proud of myself for being a damn good nurse 🙂
3.Why should YOU win these juices?
I should win these juices because I’m really trying to get serious about my healthy lifestyle and these would be the perfect addition to what I’m already doing! There’s also flavours there that I’ve never seen in Canada that I really want to try !! (watermelon mint lemonade? heck yes!).

2. I am most proud of the recent weight I’ve lost. Down 13 lbs since Christmas….all from hard work and determination to not to let the holidays or excuses get to me…and learning to have a healthier relationship with food. Food = fuel! It does NOT control me! Having PCOS makes losing weight so much harder…but I no longer allow that to be my excuse!
3. I think I should win these awesome juices because they are the perfect breakfast/snack for a busy momma! No excuse not to eat when time is short and I’ll feel great getting in the added fruits, veggies, and vitamins! Plus my little guy loves trying out my latest juices with me 😉

2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Currently, I am most proud that I just bought my first home in the beginning of March. This is my new lifestyle which means new beginnings. This is the perfect time to start a new healthy routine which involves exercising and eating right.

I should win these juices because the only items I have in my fridge right now is soda. I plan to stock my fridge in my new home with healthy choices so I will not be tempted to make unhealthy choices.

Hi Guys!
I love your blog, Taralynn! It’s been a favorite of mine for years!
My healthy goals have been to consistently eat healthier with one ‘indulgent’ meal per week (giving myself room for some Trader Joe’s pizza friday cheats), going to the gym 3-4 days a week and taking my dog for more walks as the weather has been getting warmer around Chicago. Another one would be to get more fruits and veggies in during the weeks and cook home meals more often.
I am currently happy that I have been able to drop some weight just by sticking to my healthy eating and plan. I also feel I get better sleep and I am more pleasant to be around most days and I notice that happens more often without the help of coffee either 🙂
Well, who wouldn’t want to win something – especially if its healthy and delicious?! I want to win because it would give myself a boost knowing that I am doing the right thing by continuing to eat healthy and live a healthier lifestyle. It would also be awesome to win to help jump start more fruits and veggies in my life. 🙂
Have a wonderful week!!! xo
Erin says
To live a life not by the scale numbers but how I feel. I’m proud of myself because I continue to run even though I am as slow as a turtle but yet faster than the lazy person on the couch. I should win because this is something I would not buy without trying 1st and I have a big mouth! If it’s free it’s for me!
Elizabeth says
Currently I am most proud of that I have been motivated the past week to work out and eat healthy. My goals are to become slim and be able to reach my fitness goals. Finally I would love to win these juices!! I love bolthouse farm! Sometimes when I go to work I will pick up a bottle to drink while I’m working. We’re not really supposed to eat while working, but drinking is fine. This way (with some of the higher calorie beverages) I am able to get a meal in without actually eating. My favorite bolthouse farm beverage is the strawberry breakfast smoothie (i think that’s what it’s called) it is absolutely delicious!!
Sharlenne S. says

Hi Tara,

Jessie @ The Acquired Sass says
1. Right now I’m really working on changing my body composition by running faster & lifting heavier. Within this, I’m also focusing on making good food choices because I know they’ll help me run faster. Eventually I want to run a sub 1:45 half marathon, which means cutting about 45 seconds off my pace per mile.
2. I’ve done some pretty cool, but physically tough things, like climb Mt. Kilimanjaro & bike across the US. BUT, I put in the hard work, & while that didn’t make these things easy, it did let me know I could do them. So I remind myself of this whenever something seems hard.
3. I’ve been entering contests forever & don’t think I’ve actually ever won anything, but I’m sure that’s lots of people. I would post all about it on my blog & I’ve loved their Blue Goodness flavor since college, but actually don’t know if I’ve tried more than one or two other flavors. Would love to try them all!
Lauren says
Hi Taralynn! That is so great about your health kick! I’ve been trying so hard to stay healthy lately but it’s tough! You’re an awesome inspiration!
1. I want to keep a running schedule and increase my distance over time. I also want to eat better and stick to fresh food rather than processed.
2. I’m proud of myself for running again. I’ve had a very on/off schedule because of the cold weather but now that it’s getting warmer in Dayton, I’ve been running around campus again.
3. I love juice but I always have a hard time figuring out which juices are actually good for you and not full of sugar and chemicals. So many products act healthy but are actually terrible for you. I would love to try this new juice and incorporate it into a healthy lifestyle!
Happy Tuesday! 🙂

Recently I’ve fallen off my healthy train, and have been consuming too much sugar and junk so my goals now are to eat more vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins, limit sugar intake, and get back to my weight 15 pounds ago! Currently I am most proud of myself for balancing my busy schedule and keeping a level head. it can be hard keeping track of work, school, health etc. but thanks to some meditation I’ve been able to keep calm through it all. Ashlee says
What are you healthy goals?
My healthy goals are to lose 15 lbs and tone up, maintain a clean diet, and be able to run a half marathon. Those are definitely some big goals but I’m hoping that staying consistent will help me achieve them!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Right now I’m so proud of myself for balancing being a full-time nursing student, work, and not letting go of my fitness/health goals while still maintaining a social life. It’s way too easy to get off track and lose sight of my goals. However, for a while I’ve been good at prepping meals and going to the gym 5 days a week. If I go out, I’m learning how to make better choices. It’s the little things like that that really improve health and self-confidence. I’m about to graduate from nursing school so I’m glad I’m starting healthy habits now that I can carry on into the real world.
What should YOU win these juices?
In the past I have fluctuated so much with my health and fitness but lately I have maintained my progress by really dedicating myself to making lifestyle changes. Part of that lifestyle change is to incorporate new things into my life that are healthy and different. Eating only chicken, rice, and broccoli can become monotonous so I am so interested in winning these juices! From what I’ve read they are nutritious and taste good which isn’t always the case. I’ve always wanted to get into the juice-craze, but I have no idea where to start in order to actually make it. If I win these juices I would be able to figure out what flavor combos I like the most and stick with it.
Megan Miller says
What are you healthy goals? My current healthy goals are to not only lose 40 pounds but to also to help and inspire people along the way .
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? What I am most proud of myself for is that I have been very dedicated and not gotten off track . I have stuck to my exercise plan and my healthy eating choices Even in my very hectic busy lifestyle even in my very hectic; busy lifestyle.
Why should YOU win these juices? I think I should win these juices because it would very well help me in my weight loss journey. It would help me get the correct nutrients I need, it would help give me a boost of energy when I need it, and even help me with my sweet tooth. I found out 2 years ago I have PCOS and a thyroid problem which was the cause of my weight gain. Since then I’ve tried so many juices and the only ones I love are bolt house. I enjoy them because they taste Amazing but also because they’re no added sugars!

1. I am currently 240 pounds. I want to get back down to 140. I have a little toddler to chase after, so that definitely helps me keep moving!
2. Besides my daughter, I am most proud of myself for how hard I have been working to get to lose weight. Unfortunately, the scale just won’t go down! I’ve dropped three pants sizes and my muscles have gotten stronger but the scale won’t move. Oh well, I look great!
3. I’ve been drinking the juices off and on for about a year. My favorite is Blue Goodness but Green Goodness is a close second. I use them in the mornings as I make breakfast for my family and after a workout to refuel.
Jacqueline Arcuri says
What are you healthy goals?
My healthy goals are to eat better and focus more on how I feel, rather than the number on the scale. Lately, I am really working on paying attention to protein and carb intake instead of JUST calories. It’s working well so far!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am most proud of myself for losing 40 pounds and just getting into better shape. Although I still have some ways to go, I try to give myself credit for how far I’ve come:)
What should YOU win these juices?
I think I should win these juices because I work really hard to eat well and workout. However, I, like many people, am trying to find the balance of healthy eating, enjoying my foods, and living life. Although your blog helps me find new delicious recipes, I am still always on the lookout for new things to try!
Ashley says
I am really trying to eat healthier. I’ve always been good about running (because I enjoy it), but it’s hard to both work out consistently and eat well!
I lost 10 pounds last year by actually sticking to an 80/20 diet. Now I just have to work on the second 10 pounds, which is always harder =).
I love that so many of these products are gluten free! As someone with Celiac disease, it’s not always easy to find yummy juices that don’t have wheat, rye, or barley fillers in them.
Side note: I love checking in with your blog every week! I think you are such an inspiration for so many people because you are so relatable!

1. I just had my first baby so I’m trying very hard to get my body back the way it was before he arrived.
2. I’ve been very proud of my ability to get up and do things! Even if it’s just a few minutes outside for a quick walk around the block, staying moving is very.
3. I love Bolthouse juices! They’re all delicious and having them handy would make healthy choices so much easier as my hands are usually full these days!
Helena says
What are you HEALTH goals? To improve my core strength so that I can start swimming again. I have a chronic condition which makes it difficult to do the things I love like ice skating and swimming laps.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I’m most proud of the fact that I changed careers and I currently love my job. It wasn’t easy to do!
WHY should YOU win these juices? Why not me? And because I love juice! Yum! 🙂

I love how you do giveaways! Great blog as always! My healthy goal is to eat healthy and drink more water but most of all love myself. I struggle with restricting myself and I’m really trying to just eat good whole healthy items and not flip about calories. I recently joined the gym! The first time I went to a gym was in college. I stuck with it here and there for 4 years. I have now been out of school for over a year and decided to get back in the gym! I have actually never tried Bolthouse. They look delicious and healthy for you! I would love to win them to keep me on my fitness goals!

What are you healthy goals?
I have been trying to eat out less lately. I try to keep it to one night a week and maybe on the weekends. I notice that when I eat at home and when I bring my lunch to work, I feel better and also save money! I have been doing the POP Pilates PIIT28 by Cassey Ho since March 1! It is an intense workout, 6 days a week for about 30 minutes per workout. It has been great and been keeping me accountable!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am very proud of myself for keeping up with my workouts! Even when I don’t feel like working out, I push myself to do it anyway because I know I will be happier that I did. I am doing the challenge with my sister so that is an added boost of encouragement. We live halfway across the country from each other so it is a fun way to do something together.
What should YOU win these juices?
I LOVE Bolthouse Farm juices! Whenever I do buy them as a treat for myself, I grab them for everything! On my way out the door in the morning before work, when I need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, and for my post workouts!
Mayra says

What should YOU win these juices?
I love them! I usually buy one when I go grocery shopping, they taste great !

My most crucial goal right now is to look good in my bikini in 31 days. Some friends of ours are getting married in Tampa, Florida (the bride & groom are originally from Cincinnati, so there’s a HUGE group of us going down) and I don’t want to look like a whale on the beach! 😉
I also try to set daily fitness goals for myself, increasing the amount of miles on cardio machines or number of reps, etc.
I am catholic, and this year instead of “giving something up” for lent I’ve vowed to work out and eat healthy as much as I possibly can. I can proudly say that I am keeping up with that goal and working out 5 days per week. I can feel myself getting stronger and leaner every day!
I would love to win these juices because they would make my mornings so much easier! We love to make fruit smoothies for breakfast, but sometimes they can be time consuming. Having a pre-packaged healthy choice would be fabulous!
Jill C says
1. I just signed up for my first 10k next month with the goal that I run it without stopping!
2. I am getting closer to being able to run a 10k. I’m super proud of the 5k races I’ve run in.
3. Because I would enjoy every last drop 🙂

Hey Taralynn!! Right now in trying to get back on track being healthy. I’m going to school right now and in the process of buying a new house with my boyfriend so life has been hectic and I’ve been off track a lot! I want to be back on track eating healthy soon and these juices would help so much! I buy them every once in a while at Kroger, and I love the berry flavor!
Nina Brennan says
1. My health goals are to eat clean 6 days a week (I give myself one cheat day!). By doing this, I stay energized throughout the week, and motivated to get through my busy week of classes and workouts. I set a goal of making it to Pure Barre class 5 times a week, and through 3-4 cardio workouts.
2. Right now, I’m most proud of myself for sticking to my workout routine, even through a busy class and work schedule, being a senior in college. I’ve learned over the past few years that staying healthy should remain a priority because it helps to reduce my stress overall.
3. I think I should win these juices because they could help me to maintain my on-the-go healthy lifestyle. I’ve never tried these before, but I do follow a gluten-free diet and often make my own homemade protein smoothies and juices quickly to bring with me to class and work. These look very healthy and convenient, and I’d love to try them.
Sarah says
1. My fitness goals started as a goal to lose weight and now it’s become to be a healthier person-get outside and fuel my body in the right way, which in turn has helped me have a healthier view on my body
2. I’m so proud of myself for changing the feelings I have towards my body. I lost weight and became healthier and I’m a happier and stronger person because of it.
3. I should win these juices because I will use them to help fuel my fitness goals and I would love to get to try them to boost my nutritional intake in a delicious way!
Alaina says
What are you healthy goals? Maintaining a healthy body image.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? Being a full time working and decent Mom at the same time.
What should YOU win these juices? I am always on the go and have a hard time finding time to have healthy options throughout my day. These juices would be great!

Hey! LOVE Bolthouse juices…
1. My healthy goals are to make it to the finish line of my marathon in May healthy and injury-free! Nutrition is a huge component of getting me there in the best shape possible. You can’t outrun a bad diet!
2. I am currently most proud of the consistency of my meals. I have been eating healthy meals and treating myself every day. Training for this marathon truly has changed my view of food. Food is fuel, and if I want to run efficiently, I need to eat enough and well.
3. I should win these juices because they will be put to GOOD USE. I buy Bolthouse all the time, so it would be nice to have some free juice! The green goodness and mocha cappuccino flavors are my favorites. I love taking swigs of juice to curb sweet cravings.
Sara says
1) My health goals are just to eat healthier and be healthy starting with the inside! I don’t need to lose weight, but I want to make sure my body is functioning right.
2) I am proud of myself for sticking to the gluten free diet my doctor has put me on. I lived for years not knowing why I didn’t feel good and turns out I am gluten intolerant. I thought it would be so hard, but I feel so much better that I don’t want it anymore.
3) I should win these juices because they are DELICIOUS! My husband and I both use them for various reasons. We buy at least two every time we grocery shop. We typically stick to the carrot juice and green goodness because it’s expensive to buy all the ones we like!
Elizabeth Hernandez says
My healthy goals are to start running again, because I love but haven’t made time for it. And to stop going out to eat as much and make healthy meals at home.
I’m currently most proud of myself for becoming independent and studying as much as I can this semester and getting better grades.
I’m not sure if you mistyped the last question, but I’m going to guess hat it says Why I should win this. I would love to win these because I love boathouse juices! So far I’ve only tried the coffee one and there’s a green one in my fridge that I’m not sure is in the picture but I love them and would like to try new flavors! Best of luck to everyone!
Kayla says
My goal is to focus on clean eating.
I’m proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and signing up for a yoga series at a local studio.
The juices would be a big time saver for me. Right now I’m working 60-70 hour week as I do audits and taxes. Having these available would be easy for me to pack and a great way to get some healthy nutrients in.
Jessica says
My health goals go beyond losing weight. I’ve done that so many times, and gained it right back again. But that’s what scales do. They go up, they go down. I guess it makes sense, because I’m a Libra. What your blog has taught me, is that being healthy is more than about weight. It’s about being able to run with my dog, instead of getting winded. I live in Chicago, and there’s this trail called the 606. It’s 2.7 miles long, and by the end of the summer, I want to be able to run it, there and back. 5.4 miles total. I’ve never done that. I’ll probably cry from joy.
I’m proud of myself for beating an eating disorder. I became bulimic at 17, and anorexic at 18. I got “better”, relapsed, relapsed even harder…I’m 29 now, and I’m finally at a place where I don’t embrace thinspo, I don’t believe in starving myself or purging. When I was in the depths of disorder, I wouldn’t have even drank juice. I didn’t care about the nutrients, the health benefits…I cared about calories. They ruled my life. Now, calories are fuel. The fuel I’m going to use to accomplish my goals. Now that’s recovery.
Why should I win these juices? I could say, because right now I support two people on my income, and I can’t really afford a lot of items like this. Or that I never win anything (really, the last thing I won was a pumpkin when I was 8.) But what it really comes down to, is I’ve been a reader of yours since 2012, and I’ve never entered your giveaways because I always thought, nah, I’ll never win. Well, I’m tired of a negative attitude. So, I’m taking a shot.
Hannah says
Hey Taralynn!
My healthy goals aren’t really about looks or the outside of my body (even though that is a nice cherry on top), I really just want to feel better during the days! I don’t want to feel exhausted when going up the stairs or out of breath.
I am currently most proud of myself for being able to run 2 miles without stopping or feeling absolutely drained! That is a huge accomplishment for me!
I think that I should win these juices so that I can further my healthy lifestyle and learn how to use juices in my diet!!
Thank you!
xoxo

What are you healthy goals? To get back into shape after having my second child.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? Growing a tiny human. 😉
What should YOU win these juices? They have been fabulous to drink while I have been pregnant and I will continue to keep drinking them after my child is born in April. They give me a boost when I need it.
Katie Barton says
My health goals at the moment are to eat healthier while still in school. It is so hard but it’s possible! I’m proud of myself for eating smaller portions everyday, getting salads in the cafeteria, and taking a multivitamin everyday. I would love to win these juices to help me on my health journey in college! They’re an easy way to get the vitamins and minerals I need a day 🙂
LeeAnne says
Hi Taralynn! I have read your blog for a long time but rarely comment. However, I am commenting today because I would love to win these juices! I have tried a couple of these but we live in a small, rural town so the variety just isn’t there for us. I would really like to try them all! That’s why I should win. 🙂 My healthy goal right now is to continue to work out and lose another 5 pounds. Those last ones are the hardest! And I am most proud of myself for being 57 years old and I have gotten into pretty great shape. It’s harder to firm up, the older you get but I’m working on it. I intend to keep myself in shape and healthy so that I will be around a LONG time to enjoy my grandchildren!!
Giovanna Zozzaro says
What are you healthy goals?
I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life. I will be turning 29 in a little over a month and 30 next year. My goal is to be healthier and happier before that date comes around. I need to for myself. Being able to say I am living as healthy as possible would be the ultimate goal. Not necessarily weight loss, but healthy living.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am proud of holding a full time job and maintaining my relationships all while trying to balance a tight budget. I made financial mistakes in my undergrad and I am paying for them now. However, I am motivated to decrease my debt and continue with a positive outlook on life!
What should YOU win these juices?
Winning these juices would be the perfect catalyst for my healthier lifestyle. I can’t always afford these luxury type of purchases, so this would really motivate me without having to give up another item I might need throughout the week like basic toiletries. Most importantly, these juices would become the mainstay in my refrigerator and would guide the rest of my food choices in all my grocery runs, and hopefully build a healthy habit for my future goals.
Shelby Eazell says
1. My healthy goals are to actually start eating a good breakfast! I’m the worst at not eating breakfast!
2. I am currently proud of myself that I got a gym membership and I’m going frequently.
3. I think I should win these juices is because the Bolthouse Farm drinks are the best and I would really enjoy them!
Kaylin@EnticingHealthyEating says
My health goals include working out regularly and making sure to watch the sugar in my diet. I’m most proud of completing my first Warrior Dash race this past weekend! I need these juices for my work days at the office.
Shelby says
1. My current healthy goal is to retrain for a half marathon coming up soon, and I hope to shave a few minutes off my finishing time from last year!
2. I am most proud of myself for finding a balance in all areas of health (mental, physical, emotional, social, intellectual, etc.). I used to be unhealthily obsessed with being perfect and controlling my surroundings, so I am very proud of how far I’ve come in learning to let things go and enjoy life in the moment.
3. I’m sure every person commenting on this post deserves to win the giveaway, but for me personally, I feel I would be a good candidate because I am a full time college student, have made Dean’s List every semester, and work a part time job. Any contribution to a poor college kid’s groceries is always helpful! 😉
Best of luck to everyone!!

I just love all of the information and glimpses into your healthy lifestyle that you give us every week! Thank you for sharing your amazing journey; you’re such an inspiration!
What are you healthy goals? I want to be a healthier version of myself; I want to look and feel great for ME. I want to lose my stomach and be leaner. I will be a healthier me.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I am proud of the confidence and self worth I have gained over the past three years.
Why should YOU win these juices? I believe they will be healthier alternatives for snacks and sweet substitutes to help keep me on track! Win or not, I’m going to purchase a few and see how they work!
Brittany says
I love your giveaways! You always have great products to show everyone. 🙂
What are you healthy goals?
My biggest health goal is to eat better. I go on streaks where I eat really well and then the weekend hits and I eat like crap! And then I feel like crap. It’s a vicious cycle! I workout regularly and I think to really reach my goal of losing the last bit of weight I want to and toning up is my eating.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Currently, I am most proud of myself for taking on so many things and balancing it all! I’m a full time student, work part time, workout 4 days a week, am involved in research and other clubs and still manage to do well in all of them! I definitely had to learn to manage my time and prioritize!
Why should YOU win these juices?
I think I should win these juices because I am always on the go and could use a quick snack! These juices look delicious and I would love to try all of them! I’ve had the mocha cappuccino flavor and loved it and would really like to try others.

1. What are your healthy goals?
Ever since I was a freshman in high school, I have struggled with eating and self confidence. I have never been able to look in the mirror and confidently say I was proud of what was looking back at me until recently. Recently I have been able to fall in love with my self and be proud of who I am and what I look like. I used to be obsessed with the number on the scale rather than how I felt. My personal health goals are to continue to have a healthy lifestyle and to continue to be proud of myself. I also want to be able to encourage other girls to not self-loathe and to realize that everyone is beautiful in their own way.
2. What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I recently participated in a 24 hour dance marathon at my college supporting pediatric cancer. There was no sitting or sleeping for 24 hours straight. It was the most amazing experience of my life, we ended up raising over 1.6 million dollars for the children’s hospital. Cancer is something that has affected my life and family personally so completing this was really important to me and I am so proud to say that I was a part of this amazing event.
3. Why should YOU win these juices?
I would love to win these juices. I have been following your blog for two years now and if you say these juices are amazing then I trust you! I love learning about and trying new healthy items and being a college student, I am constantly on the go and sometimes struggle with finding meals that are both healthy and portable. Winning these juices could help me make sure I get in my necessary nutrients while also having something that tastes good and is on the go!
Dyanna says
I am really focusing on increasing my strength. My husband just got back from a year long deployment and we’ve gone a bit overboard on food/drinks since he’s been home. I’ve kept up with Spin class (my therapy <3 ) but have seriously been slacking in the weights department. I'm proud of myself for making it through this past year and for sticking with healthier habits to get me through it. I would love to try these juices to help re-foucus my eating habits.
Mailynne says
1. My health goals are to stay a healthy weight while eating enough to continue to make breastmilk for my 6-month old twins.
2. I am currently most proud of losing all pregnancy weight plus more.
3. I would love to win these juices to have an easy and nutritious drink on-hand for the many busy days where I am trying to feed myself, the twins, my 3 year old and my husband quickly. (We’re on-the-go a lot.)

I want to lose weight and gain muscle mass to be as in shape as I possibly can. I’m proud of myself because I just recently biked six miles without a break (something that two months ago would have been impossible). I would like to win these delicious juices because I’m a college student and trying everything I can to achieve my goals, which can get pricey at some points.
Karmae says
I love Bolthouse Farms beverages! I hope I can win because I love using them as aid to get back to eating right after I’ve been eating horribly for a long while and I want to do more of that so I can look and feel better about myself. I’m proud of myself because I’m actually kicking off my healthier lifestyle this week and these would be so perfect to have!
Becky says
1. & 2. My current healthy goals are to continue to go to the gym often and eat healthy. I’ve been on a gym kick for the past few months for the first time in my life and I feel really accomplished and proud after a full week of workouts. I alternate 3 days of running with 2 days of weights. I’ve never been a big fan of exercise, but lately it feels great and I’m starting to see progress and results, especially from the weights!
3. (I’m assuming you mean “why” should I win these juices? Because they can help me continue to eat healthy and stick to my health goals in so many different ways- 1. I can use them as a healthy smoothie sweetener. I’ve also been on a breakfast smoothie kick because it’s a great way to hide my veggies! 2. As you mentioned, I have a HUGE nighttime sweet tooth. Unfortunately sometimes when the sweet cravings set in I ruin a whole day of eating well by giving in and eating sweets because I have a hard time resisting. The chocolate and vanilla juices seems like a great healthy way to satisfy my sweet tooth. 3. I’m definitely a snacker and that is something I often struggle with controlling. I love your idea of having a little bit of juice as a healthy snack. It would definitely help to keep me away from the potato chips!
Chandler says
1. What are you healthy goals?
*My healthy goals are targeted at weight loss right now, but not just as a diet. I’m working to completely change my lifestyle in terms of clean, wholesome eating, portion control, exercise, mental and emotional health! Getting healthy includes YOU as a person, and treating your body right so it’ll perform at it’s best, and so you perform at your best.
2. What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
*I’m most proud of myself for taking this initiative. Motivation and determination are really difficult for me, but I was sick of the way I was living, so I’m changing. I want to feel good and know I’m treating my body as it needs to be treated. I leave motivational/inspiring quotes in peak places so I see them when I know I’ll need them. I’m listening to motivational podcasts, and really trying to change my attitude about everything. It’s amazing how you change when you set your mind to something 🙂
3. What should YOU win these juices?
*I’m working very hard to improve my health, and encouraging others I know working toward similar goals. These juices sound amazing and delicious. They’re an excellent and convenient source of fruit, and something I’d love to work into my daily diet! Can’t wait to try them!
Brooke Hilyer says
1. What are your healthy goals? — I am just getting back on track after a few months of not eating so great, so right now my goals are to eat healthy during the week so I can allow myself a cheat day on the weekend. I also want to exercise at least 5 days a week, plus a day or two of tennis. My #1 goal is to lose 20 pounds before I hit the beach this summer.
2. What are you currently most proud of yourself for? — I’m always proud of myself when I play tennis. Sometimes I get off track and don’t eat the healthiest, or don’t hit the gym as much as I should but there is never a day where I don’t want to play tennis or don’t give my all on the court. It is where I am most disciplined & most passionate. Tennis is and always has been a huge part of my life and I’ve always been proud to be part of such an incredible sport.
3. Why should YOU win these juices? — I would love to win these juices because I think it would be the perfect addition to helping me get back on a healthy lifestyle track. Because I commute to work, I am always eating on the go and I would love to find a new healthy and delicious option for breakfast or snack. I think these would be the perfect way to satisfy any craving and balance out my diet!

Hi Taralynn!
1. I’ve been eating a mostly vegetarian diet lately, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my body and health. I’m trying to make sure I get all the nutrients I need!
2. Proud of making healthier choices- it’s easy to be an unhealthy vegetarian but I eat as many veggies, fruits, beans, etc as possible
3. As everyone knows, it’s easy to buy the fruits and veggies but it can be hard to find time to make the smoothies. They’d help with the vegetarian transition (great breakfasts!) and I’d love to share them with friends/family 🙂

My healthy goal: to clean up my diet and eat more of a plant based diet.
Its kind of small but I’m most proud of myself for sticking to my fitness goals for the past few weeks, even while I’ve been working lots and still finding the energy after a days work to get my fitness on.
I feel I would benefit from this giveaway, I’ve tried one of their drinks before and really loved it. It would be a perfect quick breakfast, snack or post workout snack while I’m on a busy schedule.

Hi Taralynn! My main healthiness goal is to feel comfortable in my own body, I want to be toned and be able to do a range of activities. Currently, I’m most proud of myself for running 6 miles last night without stopping. I have a half marathon in May that I’m training for, and I feel really good about it! I should win these juices because they would be the perfect pre and post run goodies for the next few months!!

What are you healthy goals?
I recently had foot surgery this past December, so one of my health goals is to be able to start running again. I want to be able to workout to the extent that I was prior to my foot surgery. Exercise is such a huge part of my life. It helps me relieve stress, increases my self-confidence, & gives me more energy. Another one of my health goals is to include more fruits and veggies into my daily food intake. I think a healthy diet and exercise is key to both physical and mental health. Another one of my health goals is drink more water throughout the day, especially on my internship days.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am most proud of myself for continuing to lift weights while I was on crutches and in a walking boot. I am also proud of how fast I progressed through physical therapy. I am also proud of myself for paying for all of my own college education & finishing graduate school in July.
Why should YOU win these juices?
I should win these juices because I would love to share pictures of the juices on my own blog. I should also win these juices because I have given back to the community in so many ways. I am studying clinical mental health counseling and this field of work is very mentally taxing. I think juices will help me in my crazy busy lifestyle & they will also help me be able to consume all the micronutrients I need in my diet.
Thank you so much Taralynn for everything you do for your readers. I look forward to your posts!

My healthy goals are to walk up the stairs without panting. Love my body through the progress
I am most proud of how good I feel taking it slow and maintaining my weightloss as I go. Especially developing a healthy relationship with food.
I think I should win because I love sweet treats and no better way to help get me through that with a juice. My job involved a lot of travel and on the go and this would really help to also avoid office birthday cakes. I am already a fan of bolthouse and would love to continue to support their products.

What are you currently most proud of yourself for? being consistent with my progress of losing weight. it may be 1/2 , 1 or 2 pounds but I’m still going toward my goal.

Hi Taralynn!
I love reading your posts! It’s almost a weird morning where I feel like something is missing if I do not read your posts sitting at my desk with a cup of coffee! I hope all is going well for you.
I am going headstrong with my weight loss goals. I want to lose nearly 80 lbs and I have a long way to go. I am trying to find easier ways to get in healthy foods and vitamins because I am a picky eater as well as my husband. It is hard for me to make healthy meals at home because no one else will eat them, and sometimes I end up making two or three different meals just to make everyone happy! That gets to be a lot. This would be great to save some time and make it easier for me to reach my goals. Plus, I have tried them and they are DELISH! I am currently most proud of myself for not giving up entirely. I have went up and down with my weight since having my daughter… ALMOST 5 YEARS AGO!! I am proud that I am still trying, and I KNOW I will get to my goal some day soon.
I hope to win so that these drinks will help me reach my goals, and stay on a healthy track. As you know, healthy foods aren’t always cheap, so anything free helps!
Thank you Taralynn!
Love, Amanda

Eat better & get moving
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Actually going to the gym more than once a week
What should YOU win these juices?
I love juice and healthy ones are even better!!

1. What are you healthy goals? – My goal is to focus less on the number on the scale, or even how I look in the mirror, and more on how I FEEL. There is more to myself than what my body looks likes, and so many things are more important. Like how am I sleeping? Am I still having a 3 PM slump? TMI but am I regular? Am I happy? These things are so much more important to your health than how much you weigh (at least for me).
2. What are you currently most proud of yourself for? – I am most proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and becoming a consultant for a company called Beautycounter. I originally joined it just to get the consultant discount, but I recently decided to become more involved and proactive with this brand and to help spread the word about my favorite products!
3. What should YOU win these juices? – I can’t say that I’m any more deserving than anyone else for these juices, but I LOVE these juices and always buy them at Kroger! They usually have a buy 2 get one free sale and as someone who doesn’t eat enough veggies, I love the green juices. Thanks for being such a positive role model!

I am also blessed with a slow metabolism and a lifetime of unhealthy eating. This has caused a lot of problems for me. My self esteem isn’t great and my self confidence is spotty at best. I realized when I went to college that I needed a change. While I didn’t lose any weight, I started hanging out with people who loved me for me and who helped me build my confidence and esteem. Now that I am graduated I decided there are no more excuses so I have started to eat better, exercise more, and get a lot of sleep. I even started running! I’ve lost about 50 pounds since October and I am hoping to lose about 50 more! I’m so proud of myself and I can’t believe where I am going. That being said, I am always looking for new, healthy options to try! These Bolthouse juices sound heavenly! Plus the fact that they are sweet with no sugar added sounds like a dream. I’m a recovering sweet-aholic and I love that they are naturally sweet! Thanks for another awesome blog, Tara and thanks to Bolthouse for the giveaway!

ooh i hope i win lol
1) my healthy goal is to quit refined/artificial sugars. people don’t realize sugar is an addiction and it was starting to interfere with my life. i couldn’t do anything without sugar or else i would be super grumpy or sleepy. i only quit a few days ago but i’m feeling better already
2) i am most proud of myself for overcoming an eating disorder. i went between the extremes and getting back to the happy healthy middle ground was the best thing i could do.
3) i hope i win so i can continue my healthy goals and continue to make more goals and keep growing as a strong healthy person

My healthy goals include being more mindful of what I’m putting into my body and also to work towards being more active. I’m a first year law student and I spend the majority of my time reading at the library, where I’m stationary and I’m usually short on time and tend to find something quick to eat in between classes and study sessions. I want to be better about my health in order to feel better on a daily basis. I am currently most proud of myself for overcoming my depression, and moving from Ohio to Boston in order to attend law school. Lastly I think I should win because I have always wanted to try more of these and I think they would be a perfect library snack for when I’m studying. I absolutely love your blog and instagram and I look forward to reading future posts!
–Hopefully I’ve submitted this properly as I’ve never entered a giveaway before 🙂

What are you healthy goals?
– My goals are to lose 15 lbs by the summer and get back to a weight I was at 2 years ago when I felt my best! Congratulations on your 15 lb weight loss. You look great!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
– Starting my own blog that had been on my bucket list for awhile. I have recently been checking a lot of things off my list which feels great.
What should YOU win these juices?
– They look absolutely delicious and I would love to try them! I never buy or drink juice because of all of the added sugar so it would be nice to try a juice that is actually good for you!

1) My healthy goals are pretty simple. Eat right and move!
2) Last summer, I lost about 20 pounds and two dress sizes. I survived the holiday season and have managed to stay within 5 pounds of that initial loss (I call those five pounds my vanity pounds since they come and go and dont really change how my pants fit).
3) I start every morning off with a serving of fruit, protein and carbs. Since the juice doesn’t have any additional ingredients or fillers, I wouldn’t mind substituting it for my whole fruit.
Francesca says
1) I’ve struggled for a while finding a balance between “healthy” and being able to let lose every once in a while. My heal goal right now is to eat healthy 90% of the time, but not to stress about what I eat the other 10%.
2) I’m most proud of myself for sticking to an exercise routine for a whole month! While this doesn’t seem like a big deal to most people, it’s the first time I’ve consistently exercised since high school.
3) I try and drink a homemade smoothie every morning before work, but some days I just don’t have time to make one. It would be awesome to be able to just grab a Bolthouse as I’m running out the door!

So I have followed your blog for what feels like years now! haha crazy I know. But I have actually never left a comment or entered a giveaway. Well today is the day!
1.My healthy goals include getting enough sleep, eating REAL foods and cutting out processed junk, doing something active everyday, and running another half marathon this year!
2. Currently, I have readjusted my workout schedule due to a change in my work schedule. In order to remain consistent and make sure I get my workouts in I have started waking up at 4:30am to get my workouts in before I go to work. Although it’s not always easy, it has been totally worth it. The feeling you get after finishing a morning workout and having the entire day ahead of you is amazing! I am proud of myself for making this change and keeping up with it for the past month.
3. I would love to win these juices to incorporate them into my healthy lifestyle! I am always on the go and it seems that there is never enough time in the day. I have tried making my own juices but feel that unless I set time aside on the weekends to make juice for the week ahead I never have time to properly prepare them. These juices would be a great alternative and something I may enjoy adding to my weekly grocery list! Seems like a perfect solution for an after morning workout reboot, lunch time nutritious treat, after dinner sweet tooth cure!
I always look forward to catching up with your posts! Thank you for the inspiration of creativity, healthy living, and coffee obsession 😉

These are so delicious Green Goddes is my favorite. It doesn’t even taste like you’re eating all those vegetables. My health goals are to increase the amount of veggies and fruit I consume in a day and lower the amount of snacking I do on foods that are not worth the calories. I want to have the energy I need in the gym and these juices have great vitamins and protein for that. I am currently most proud of myself for sticking to a workout program while in school. It’s a great way to destress, help with the college weight, and I love that I’m getting stronger physically and mentally. I would love to win these juices because they are pricey in stores and what’s better than free juice?! They are a great snack or breakfast drink. I would love nothing more than to wake up every morning to a fridge full of Bolthouse Farms. I

1. Work out 6 times a week! (Insanity starts today!)
2. Finding a friend to keep me on my goals and winning a scholarship
3. Because these are so good but not a necessity on a student budget, would love to still be able to drink them. 😀
Lauren says
What are you healthy goals?
Be active and fuel my body. This doesn’t mean being perfect and eating 100% clean. It means being real and enjoying time with friends and family, but making the best decisions I can. My goals this year include starting to camp and backpack, something super out of my comfort zone. In order to do that, I need to be strong!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Loving myself a little more every day. Life is a journey. I have lost and gained weight and learning that you are still the same beautiful person along that journey is so important.
What should YOU win these juices?
A girl trying to be healthy while balancing a busy life can be overwhelming! I am learning that balance and love to have juice to grab on the go! I would love to win a case of Bolthouse Farms!

1. My healthy goals- I recently started to meal prep mine and my husbands breakfast, snacks and lunches so that we can regularly eat clean. I already make healthy dinners but it was the snacks and lunches that we’re getting us so we are changing that! And just to keep working out ? always strive to eat healthy and be in good shape.
2. I am proud that I have been able to motivate
Myself to workout 5 days a week without a gym membership.
3. I should win the giveaway because I love the juices!! I have yet to try them but would like to and I’m positive my husband would as well… If I share with him ?

As a type 1 diabetic I have many health goals that change rapidly. My main goals consist of lowering my a1c, which is an overall reading of your blood sugars, and to do so I must lower my numbers in general. Being in college for four years really took a toll on my health because I have had so much to adjust to with my routines constantly changing semester to semester. To accomplish these goals I need to work on my healthy eating in congruence with exercising more.
At this point in my life I am proud of myself for a lot. In May I will graduate with my bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in philosophy and gender studies. During my years in college I worked full time, did research, lived on my own, purchased my own new car, and completed many other landmarks that I’m proud of for only being 22. While finishing my internship this last semester I was offered a fill time job as a case manager that I accepted and everything is finally coming full circle. Being in a helping profession I often put myself on the back burner, which is something I am also working on.
These juices are sold locally but always rather expensive. They look delicious and since you and others have confirmed, I have to believe it. Smoothies are one of my go to meals when I’m in a hurry, I just throw my frozen fruit and other things in my blender and I’m good to go. I’d be so thankful to be able to try these and incorporate them into some of my other meals. I’m very health concious when it comes to added sugars and things like you had mentioned. I myself have read the ingredients and was surprised that it’s all fruit purees and juices. These are something I definitely would benefit from not only physical health wise, but also mental. They have so many vitamins that diabetics seem to run low on.
Thank you for taking the time to read all of these comments and do these giveaways in general! whoever receives this giveaway will be so thankful.

1: My current health goals are to clean out my organs. I have been cleansing and just want to be healthy inside and out.
2: I’m proud of myself for striving to be the best mom, wife, friend, and person I can be everyday. Being 21, a lot of people don’t think I can be a proper mother, but I am proud of myself and know I’m a wonderful mom.
3: I would love the juice because I spend time every morning making my own healthy juice to drink for breakfast, but if I didn’t have to do that for a while then my mornings would go a little smoother :).

I’m proud of myself for working hard and losing 15 pounds. But I’m also proud of myself for not getting lazy and complacent about the weight I’ve lost because I”m still working hard to lose the next 15 pounds!
Larissa Anne says
I’m proud of myself for staying motivated and losing 40 pounds (so far). My goal is to get down to 165, 25 pounds to go!!! I don’t have specific reason why I should win, but I would definitely be so very thankful if I did. 🙂
Ebony Ling says
1. My healthy goals are to have an overall healthy lifestyle. For years I have been going up and down on the scale with over exercising and lowering calorie intake just to lose a few pounds and then just to gain it all and even a few more in the end. That is when I made the decision that if I want to be at a healthy weight and feel overall good about myself, I will have to make an overall lifestyle change and to not just eat “healthy” for a couple months then binge on junk food afterwards because I achieved my goal. It is about making an overall healthy lifestyle change not a temporary one.
2. I am currently most proud of myself of making a change to be a better person. To me that means a couple of things like being a better student in school. Last semester for the first time in college I made straight “A’s”, and I am planning on trying to make them again. Also changing my lifestyle around when it comes down to my health. Recently my asthma has been getting worse lately and the doctor has been putting me on different medications and inhalers to help, but I believe the real reason my asthma has been the way it is, is because I need to become more active again and need better eating habits. This also a main reason that I made the decision to have an overall better and healthy lifestyle.
3. I would like to win these juices because they seem like a great, healthy, and tasty alternative for breakfast and even snacks. Being a college student, I am always in a rush and I am a bit tight with money with the costs of everything else and always being on the go. Being healthy can be a bit of a hard thing to commit to when you do not have the funds or time for it. The “Freshman 15” is no joke because all of the cheaper alternatives are fast food and junk food, but if I have the decision to save money an be extremely unhealthy and sick, or be a bit tight with money and be able to feel good and be healthy, I am going to have to be tight with money because overall I would like to be healthy and not sick all of the time. But I know that in the end all of this will be worth it, especially within time.
Also thank you Taralynn for being a huge inspiration for wanting to be healthy. Ever since I read your story and found your blog, I have been able to use your positivity as motivation to adapt to a better lifestyle!

1. My healthy goals are to focus on healthy foods! I agree, it’s so easy to enjoy life through food that sometimes you get caught up in it without thinking. I’m working hard to put good things into my body so I can be my healthiest self!
2. I’m currently most proud of myself for getting back to the grind! I’ve gained weight since I got married in June and it’s been very discouraging. I’ve not let it get to me though and I’m back to eating healthy and working out regularly.
3. I buy these juices from time to time and LOVE THEM. I’d love to win them to branch out of my comfort zone and try some new flavors!

1- my health goals are to find exercises that will work for each season. When it’s cold out I get so unmotivated. I also want to try to make the most of each seasons weather so I’ve been researching some out of the box ideas.
2- I am most proud of myself for limiting sweets! I’ve stuck to only one sweet thing a day for almost two years. That is HUGE for me. I could eat dessert after every meal…and snack.
3- I love bolthouse farms. They introduced me to healthy juices and I’ve been a loyal buyer for years 🙂

1. I’ve been trying to become a healthier person for a while now. I’m starting to finally get into it and could really use some interesting taste in my life. I really want to become an overall healthier person. Not only eating better, but exercising and taking care of my body. I really hope to improve my health over the next year.
2. I am currently most proud of myself for getting back into exercising. I’m a high school student and I participate in swim during the fall. After November I didn’t exercise as much, but now I’m starting to get back into t. I never have much motivation, so it’s good to see that I am actually committing to working out this time around.
3. I deserve these juices because I need taste in my life. I always make boring meals because I don’t have much time with my school and work schedule. It would be nice to recieve the daily nutrients I need without having to take an hour to cook a meal. I want to become a healthier person and I can’t achieve that goal if I don’t eat my vegetables and fruits. So why not drink them! It seems that it would be convenient and I would benefit greatly.
Thank you so much Taralynn! You’ve teuly inspired me to become healthier and I am so glad you can give me the oppurtunites to win healthy snacks! Keep it up!

What are you healthy goals?
I am currently working on practicing more yoga. Due to an injury, I gained weight and the more weight I gained, the more I ate. It was a vicious cycle.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I work hard. I am self supporting since I was 18. People can’t believe my age because of the position I have obtained while being so young. I work hard.
Why should YOU win these juices?
I don’t believe I’m any more or less deserving to win. Although, it would influence me on buying Bolthouse because I’d like to sample all the flavors and juices. I remember years back I loved their vanilla chai and a coffee flavor but it’s been forever!

Hi Taralynn! I do love the giveaway posts! My health goals are to feel good and confident about myself. I started my “getting fit” journey just over a month ago. Just from doing cardio a few times a week, walking more (driving less) and eating better, I’ve lost 16 lbs! I’m super proud of that. I’m starting to feel better, but still have a ways to go! I want to be more fit for summer time. My goal is to feel good in a swim suit! I have been doing a lot of food prep, but there are always times we need “on the go” food and we don’t have time to prep. These smoothies would be perfect for that, and they’re healthy!
I also have thyroid problems. Aside from medicine, do you have any recommendations to help?
Thank you!!

3) I’d like to win the juices because I think it would be a great addition to my healthy lifestyle. Being a on a college student’s budget doesn’t always allow me to try new and healthy things so an opportunity like this would be fantastic!

Ohhh! I love Bolthouse Farms! Well, the couple that I have actually tried..
1. Last year I lost almost 25lbs, but after a couple of life changes I gained a lot of that back 😛 My goal is too lose the extra weight, but more importantly get back into a consistent healthy lifestyle.
2. For the last couple of weeks I have tried hard to stay active and to clean up my eating habits. I have stuck with them this long.. Haven’t been able to pass up the pizza yet tho. (Props for your clean eating!)
3. I love having drinks around to “snack” on instead of the junk food my family keeps around. I don’t really have a reason why I “should” win. But I am dying to try some of these flavors (we don’t have them in my area..) and I would love to have something to distract me from the temptations lying around my house!

What are you currently most proud of yourself for? That I have stayed away from process foods, cook more, and have been working out regularly.
What should YOU win these juices? I have made the firm commitment now to be a prisoner in my own body anymore. I complained about being overweight, tired, and unhappy because I am obese. As of Jan 1st, I took control and am down 20lbs. I think I deserve to win because these juices will be incorporated into my new healthy lifestyle.

1. I have a few healthy goals. Drink more water, upping my running distance, getting active every day. Right now I am in class 9 hours a day 5 days a week so it’s hard to fit a workout in during the week but I want to get bethere about it!
2. I am most proud of making healthier swaps in my diet and limiting my sugar intake.
3. I want to win these juices because I have only tried a few of the flavors and want to try them all! I also think these juices will help me kick start my fitness goals.

My goals right now are to get me (and my family) back on track with healthy eating. I also need to start exercising consistently. I’d also like to get back down to my high school weight (I’ve had 3 babies since then, the most recent one was 3 weeks ago), but muscle weighs more than fat so weight isn’t my main goal.
I set a goal of 80 oz of water per day and I’ve been making my goal consistently for several months, so I’m kinda proud of that.
No reason I could tell you would be any better than someone else’s, but I’d like to win them because I’ve always wanted to try juices, but it’s not something I allow myself to buy as it isn’t a necessity.

1. My healthy goals focus around balance; everything in moderation. Enough exercise to stay fit and relieve stress, but not so much to cause injury/wear myself out. Enough healthy foods/beverages that I am getting what nourishes me, but not so healthy that it is no fun and I end of bingeing on Girl Scout cookies. It’s all about balance.
2. I am proud of myself for trying new things and getting out of my comfort zone. It is difficult to without my friends that are 100s of miles away, but I’m not using it as an excuse anymore.
3. I love these juices and already spend a fortune on them, I should really buy stock in it. They are delicious, a great source of nutrients/protein, and they don’t make me feel like I am eating something healthy but actually getting a tasty treat. I have to hide “mine” though because the hubby loves them too.

3. These Bolthouse juices would be so perfect for me not only because I do love them already, but because they’re naturally sweet which kicks so sweet cravings to the curb. I can’t always afford to buy things like the Bolthouse juices on top of my groceries so winning these would be a dream !
Lily says
I’d love to see some abs! And I’m overall working on building more muscle.
I’m currently most proud of myself for the effort I’ve been putting into my school work..it’s never ending but I see the light at the end of the tunnel (kinda)
I should win these juices because I’m always on the go and these are perfect for a “pick me up” when I’m out and about!
Jess @ Tinder District says
1. My healthy goals are to keep focusing on building muscle and accepting more foods as I recover from my eating disorder and restrictive habits!
2. I’m very proud of myself for recently taking on an expanded role and new challenges in my job 🙂
3. I should win these juices because they’re healthy and easy to take on the go, which is really important for my busy lifestyle!
Lisa A. says
Hi Taralynn! This is such a great giveaway, I really hope I win this one!
1. My healthy goals are to consistently exercise every week. I have a busy schedule, so some weeks I do well and others not so much. Lately, I’ve been trying to wake up before work and just get my workouts done before my busy day starts. This has been going well, but again there are some challenges when I don’t get to bed on time.
2. I’m very proud of my self for signing up and committing to running my first half marathon in April. I’m not a “runner” but I’ve pushed myself and consistently made improvements. Just recently, I’ve hit 7 miles and I’m actually feeling like maybe I can do this half!
3. I would love to win the giveaway because I commute from NJ to NY every day which is a total of close to 3 hours a day. I love that I could easily take these juices on the go and not worry about finding healthy options to eat. My diet suffers the most when I’m hurrying to try to make my commute, so these offer a great alternative to other quick foods and will keep me on the right track!
Kacee Hwang says
Hey Tara!
1. My health goals are to adapt and maintain a healthier lifestyle – making smarter choices with what I eat and how I choose to spend my free time.
2. Towards the end of 2015 and the start of the new year, I’ve been in quite a rut. I wasn’t motivated to be active and chose to eat whatever I was craving at the time (a lot of fast food). I have been working out 3-4 per week for the past 6 weeks and hope to keep up my consistent streak!
3. I would LOVE the opportunity to win the boathouse farm juices. I think they would be a great way to introduce healthier foods in my everyday life and get started on a better eating regimen. I also have a TERRIBLE sweet tooth and what better way to curb that craving than with these delicious juices ( the chai tea one is the bomb dot com)!!!!!
Whitney Gibson says
What are you healthy goals?
Some of my health goals include making nutrition fun again and to experiment more with fun desserts. I would also love to get stronger and leaner, but ultimately to get to a place where healthy living is a lifestyle where I don’t have to constantly feel like I need to lose weight or tone up.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I’m about to graduate college! Such a huge accomplishment and I’m so thankful that I had the opportunity to go to school and learn so many things (school + life) that I don’t know if I would have learned otherwise.
Why should YOU win these juices?
I don’t know if I necessarily deserve to win them, but I would love to win them because I am obsessed with Green Goodness. I love it so much, I haven’t tried any of the other flavors. Winning these would be a good kick start to feeding my body with nutritious juices instead of sugar and fat.
Brittany Jewell says
1. I just signed up for my first full marathon. So…my healthy goals are to run 5-6 times a week and eat healthy so I feel good enough to keep up the exercise.
2.I am currently most proud of the fact that I have found a healthy life style that I enjoy.
3. The juices and protein drinks you posted pictures of look delicious! I have started replacing some of my snacking with juices and am looking to find a kind to stick with and be my go to. That mocha cappuccino looks delicious! I could see myself drinking that every morning!
Sarah says
1.What are you healthy goals? I am trying to lose weight despite PCOS.
2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I have been diligently working out 3 days a week since January 1 and I feel so much better.
3.What should YOU win these juices? I’d like to try the Bolthouse Juices for a good breakfast choice. I always forget to eat breakfast or am in too much of hurry.
Andrea Heitmeyer says
1. I hope to work on beating my eating disorder and working on training to get my autonomic disorder under control again.
2.I am proud of myself for sticking to the workout schedule that the doctor gave to me even though I want to do so much more but my body will not let me do anything more.
3.Personally I think we should all win!
christina says
1. My health goal is to get in 10,000 steps a day.
2. I am most proud of cutting out a lot of processed food from my diet.
3. I’ve only had Bolthouse Farms once, but would love to try more flavors!
Jen H. says
1. My health goals are to make healthier eating choices. It’s so easy to grab a muffin as you’re walking out the door but that is not the healthy choice. I’m working on preparing my meals the night before so I can have healthier choices readily available for me. I also notice when I keep healthier food in the house my family also eats healthier! When I am making healthy choices it positively impacts my family as well!
2. I am currently most proud of myself for going SEVENTEEN days (and counting) with no bread, dairy, or sugar of ANY kind!! I’m challenging myself to go 30 days and am beyond proud of myself for sticking with it thus far! I’ve never completed a challenge before…I’ve always failed short so I’m really digging deep within myself to stick to this.
3. I would like to win these juices to bring them home and put them in my fridge for my family to see. Not only will winning inspire me to make better food choices but also my family! I would not just be winning but they would be too! It would open up the door for better food choices for them as well. I feel when you find products and foods that are delicious and healthy you need to share them with your friends, family, and coworkers so they too can be inspired to eat healthy! Its a win win for everybody! 🙂
Amanda Knapp says
1) My goals are to maintain fitness and sculpt my body into a lean strong woman. Define my natural body. I want to fuel my body with good stuff so I can feel better about how I feel and what I get out of nutrition.
2) This question could go either way-
a. I am proud that i secured a post-grad job in pharmaceuticals while playing D-1 soccer all 4 years.
b. I am very proud that during my senior year i struggled with orthorexia for 2 years now and it wasn’t until a couple months ago my disorder became manageable and i went from being 78 pounds to 120 pounds and back to my active (soccer, weights, and marathon training) lifestyle.
3) I believe i should be a winner of these juices to help me make that final turning point. I struggle to eat food that isn’t prepared by me or that is “pre-made” or has healthy fats. Problem is, I love these juices and I drank them all the time. I think that if I was given the opportunity to bring these back into my life I could make that final turn and realize that just because something has fat in it does not make it bad for you. I think these juices would fuel my body for pre and post-workouts as well as snacks so that I could achieve my physical and mental goes.
Lindsey says
1. My goal this year is to run a 5k with my husband. He is a runner and I am not lol. I would love to be able to do this for myself and for him!
2. I love food! I finished my first Whole 30 in January. It helped me to lose 10 lbs. I’m really proud that I had the discipline to only say yes to the best foods!
3. I was at the store yesterday and these juices were on sale! I looked each over carefully and still couldn’t decide. I would like to get more protein.
Ella says
Hi! First off, please come visit my friend Laura and me in DC! We love you and look for you every time you are here.
1. I am working on firming and sculpting my muscles. Decrease my running pace also!
2. I am proud of my consistency with HIIT workouts, which I think help my running pace too.
3. I love my juicer that I have, but there is something to be said about it being ready on the go and no clean up! I love Blothouse and know I would love a case 🙂
Gabby @ gogabbith says
I have been trying to eat less sugar since the holidays ended!
Mariah Hill says
1.What are you healthy goals? – Lose the weight I have packed back on and eat better and workout more.
2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for? Keeping on task at work since starting working from home.
3.What should YOU win these juices? I really love these and so does my daughter. She loves it when I splurge and get a couple for her breakfast during the week. She can just grab one and take it with her on her way to school. And I love them for after workout or a quick pick me up snack.
Hillary Danielle says
I’ve been dying to try these, but didn’t know where to start with the flavors, so winning would be awesome!
1. My healthy goals are currently to run 600 or more miles in 2016 (roughly 55 miles a month as of current). I’m at about 60 so far for the year, I need to step it up! I would like to also try and eat only 1 “cheat” meal a week, versus having a cheat day which I accidentally seem to keep doing as of lately.
2. I am proud of myself for losing around 30 pounds in the past year, and that I’m still sticking with my health[ier] eating and working out on a consistent basis. I am also proud of myself for graduating college last August, and now having just started a new, and pretty decent, job that I am enjoying, I feel like 2016 is looking to be a great year…I hope.
3. As I said in the beginning, I keep staring at the cooler of them in the store every time I walk in there, but I just didn’t know where to start flavor wise with them. I want to drink more juices, versus the “slim fast” shakes I have been drinking occasionally for my meals here and there. I feel these would be an amazing alternative to drink and try!
Alli says
1. My health goals are to be the best version of myself without any restrictions. To enjoy good food with family and balance it with healthy options on a daily basis. Not to deprive, but to live everyday healthy and happy.
2. I am most proud of 1) throwing my wedding within 1 months time (april 2!!! EEK!) and staying focused on a healthy lifestyle while doing so. I buy boathouse carrot juice and mix it with my own homemade juice every week. It keeps me fueled. 2) Proud that i have stuffed my face with ice cream while stressing on planning something so quickly! 😉
3. I would LOVE LOVE to win these juices to help me with a daily healthy routine. It would be awesome to try all the flavors and find new ones to fall in love with. It would be such a relief to grab a juice and go to keep me healthy during this time
Love you lady. Your a great inspiration on the daily.
Brittnie says
1. My health goals right now include cleaning up my diet. The doc had me do some blood work recently and I have high cholesterol, so I’m focusing on exercising more often than not and doing more clean eating. Been working towards running – I’m signed up for a 10k in June.
2. I’m most proud of the support system I’ve surrounded myself with. One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn in the last few years is weeding out people who do not serve me in a positive manner and continue to be basement people. I look for the balcony people in my life, those that are with me, push me and see where I’m headed with my goals and dreams in life.
3. I am starting to try new things…like sushi (gasp) and squash and all of these things. Turns out I don’t hate sushi, which when I told my sisters, their response was “Are you sick?” So I would love to win these juices, to try something new!!
Sarah Parker says
1) My health goals are to increase my upper body strength to match my lower body strength! My goal is to participate in a Spartan Race and complete every challenge
2) I am most proud of how I have found the balance between graduate school and working-out. I haven’t missed a workout yet!
3) I love bolthouse farms but as a grad student on a budget and so I can only get them when they are on sale and I have a coupon! Plus with my crazy schedule these are perfect for on the go and in between class and gym.
Kristin Bowers says
1- My health goals are to keep being consistent in the gym, both with weights and with running on the treadmill. I started out running 1 mile and have worked up to 4! I would like to keep running and eventually train for a half marathon.
2- I am most proud of myself for getting back into shape after having a baby! At first, the gym was totally intimidating. However, I sucked it up and started going. Now, months later, I’ve lost the baby weight, built muscle, and have better abs than I did pre-baby!
3- My family and I would really benefit from this giveaway. We love love LOVE juices. Almost every Saturday we go out for juices after taking a family bike ride. In terms of juices we buy at the grocery store, Bolthouse Farms are our favorite. I especially love the ones with added protein. Delicious AND nutritious!

1. Well my health goals are just that. To get healthy. To be strong, feel healthy, and want and crave healthy foods.
2. I’m most proud of myself for starting to Kickbox! I never thought that I could go, survive a class, and have fun doing it. I started going and then my husband came out and tried it and now he loves it to. It’s a great way for us to go, get fit, and help each other reach our health goals while still spending time together!
3. I have always loved bolthouse and my favorite bolthouse has always been the vanilla chai tea! So good!
Shannon G says
What are you healthy goals? Eat healthy, make healthy meals and snacks for family, get plenty of sleep. I would say exercise more but I walk non stop for 2 hours at my job every weekday so I think I’m good there. I can tell my legs are sculpted more than before I had the job.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I’m most proud that even though I’m older and a mom I went back to college to get my degree. I wanted the degree and I wanted to show my kids that any dream is possible at any age.
What should YOU win these juices? I would love to win these juices since A: I already buy them when I can. B: They are great to sip on while at work or on the go. and C: I will share them with my kids 🙂 I would say I’d share them with my hubby to but he hates anything healthy 🙂
Carol Kumm says
1. My health goal is to eat healthy and not gain too much weight while pregnant (3 months along so far!)
2. Not giving into cravings for unhealthy foods (why do chips and ice cream sound so good All. The. Time.)
3. I’ve never tried Bolthouse but it would be a great way to get vital nutrients for myself and baby-to-be!
Allison says
1. My goal right now is really to tone up. I’m at a healthy weight but am not as fit as I would like to be so I am working on changing my body composition! I’m also working on consistency with my diet. Lately I’ve been fluctuating between eating really well for a couple of days and then slipping up and eating really poorly for a few days. I can definitely feel the difference when I’m eating better!
2. I’ve been working on pushing myself out of my comfort zone and trying to grow, especially at work. This week I presented about one of my projects on a statewide conference call even though it made me really nervous! I’m proud of pushing myself to do that. 🙂
3. I would love to win these juices! I’ve never tried juicing or gotten into juices and getting to try these juices would be a great way to start! Being a newlywed and on a pretty tight budget it would be awesome to be able to try them before going out and purchasing them!
Devanee says
What are you healthy goals?
– I have been working towards my goals of running more often and getting faster. I’m getting outside and riding my horse more and finding a routine that is best for the bost of us. My boyfriend and I started riding bikes again and I’m already impressed with our mileage. I cannot wait for Spring to arrive to motivate me even more.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
– I have grown my hair out without cutting it for a while now. I’m trying out the long locks look and I love it.
Why should YOU win these juices?
– My brother introduced me to Bolthouse farms and I have been a fan ever since. If I won, I would definitely share the love with him.

Lauren Carroll says
Hi Taralynn – I HAVE THE EXACT SAME FAVORITE FLAVORS!! The chocolate protein plus is amazing.
My current health goal is to simply be comfortable in my own skin. I’ve battled with my weight for years, constantly fluctuating. In the past few years I’ve signed up for some sort of race (5k, OCR, you name it!) each month with my sister to continue to motivate ourselves. I hope to continue doing that and improving my nutrition.
I’m proud of myself because no matter how many times I slip, I make sure to get myself back on track. I’m only human!
I believe I should win these juices because my sweet tooth is what I struggle most with. If I had these delicious juices around more often than I already do, I’ll be less likely to treat myself to an unhealthy snack. 🙂

2) I’m proud of myself for starting to cook more dinners rather than eating out during the week

Being out for so long has me feeling like I am starting at the ground up but I have to keep viewing it as a new challenge to face and conquer.
2. I am proud of myself for not giving up and taking a stance to get back into fitness after a time away from it. It first run was anything but a good time and I could have easily said nope thats it.!

2. I’m proud of not giving up, even when I don’t see results. I’m also proud of being a working mom and wife, and not letting anything get in the way of that.
3. I feel like I should win these juices to help with my goal to be a better me. I work hard and am very busy and would love to have something easy and convenient like this that I know is healthy and good for me. I don’t want to have to compromise healthy for convenience, but I’ve noticed that lots of convenience foods are not so healthy.
Hilary says
My health goal is just to continue to make myself a healthier person, and really figure out the foods that make me feel great! Finding balance is so important! 2. I am most proud of the fact that I have started recovering from a running injury. What are you healthy goals? I signed up for my first half marathon, which is in May. I’m really excited (and kind of scared). My current health goal is to finish my training injury free! This means lots of post-workout stretching and yoga. My other health goal is to fuel myself with nourishing food! Training makes me sooo hungry and I’m trying to resist eating all the food and pick healthier options instead.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I just ran 6 miles last weekend, which is the longest distance I’ve ever ran!
What should YOU win these juices? I’m a college student, so not only do I not have a lot of money, I also don’t have a lot of time! Having some pre-made juices ready to go would be such a lifesaver (because let’s be real, I don’t have time to clean a blender every morning before class).
Thanks so much for the great giveaway!

3. I would love to win this giveaway because I’m a huge fan of Bolthouse juices, but I don’t have the budget to afford to buy them at the moment. It would be such an awesome opportunity to win this!
Also, Taralynn, thank you SO much for all the time and effort you have put into this blog. I’ve been following you since your tumblr days and you’ve just been such an inspiration to me. Thank you for being so brave and so strong. xo

1. My healthy goals are to start running regularly again, and to incorporate my boyfriend into my healthy lifestyle. We’ve been together for years, but he’s STUBBORN and only plays hockey twice a week. He hates running and working out at all, but I’ve recently been focusing on finding small things to do to ease him into working out and eating healthier. We just participated in our first 5K as a couple today! I ran a half marathon last year, I’m thinking about signing up for a full this year.
2. Pushing myself to either hit 10,000 steps a day or to work out once a day. I’ve taken about 6 months off (I work nights at the hospital as an RN as well as going to school full time) to gain some mental health, and now I’m back to pushing myself physically. One step at a time!
3. Winning these juices would give me a chance to have some juices available to grab to take to work and to study. I’m picky with my juices and it kills me to spend the amount of money they cost on ones that I don’t like!
Thank you for the opportunity! I hope you’re focusing on your mental health as well!

1. To become more active and tone more. Still fighting some health issues, trying to eat better and exercise more.
2. I’m most proud of cutting out gluten. Its improved my health tremendously. Although it may be tough, it’s worth it.
3. I’d love to win some free juices because I work twelve hour days as an assistant manager and I need to stay healthy while on the run.

My goal is to build my muscles in my thighs by biking all summer.
Most proud of fighting an eating disorder I’ve had for 15 years and finally committing myself to stay at a healthy weight with the help of my therapist.
I should win because it’s my birthday on Friday and I’ve been reading your blog since you first started blogging…has it been almost 4 years?!
Abby Yankowski says
1. My health goal is simply to be as happy with myself as possible, and I’m doing that by feeding it the best foods I possibly can (also not including wine ?) and by working out in new and fun ways each day. My health goal is not only important for myself, but for the kids I work with.
2. I am currently most proud of myself for using my healthy lifestyle to impact and influence the 3 crazy kids I nanny for. We get up and move every day, rain or shine, and I have been teaching them how to nourish their bodies with healthy foods, rather than junk, that their picky little selves will still enjoy.
3. I should win these juices because I am busy and always on the go. I am working as both a full-time nanny and full-time student, and the juices will be easy to use as a grab-and-go snack or meal for both myself and the kids I work with!

Hi Taralynn
1. I want to be healthier and make better decisions for my health that aren’t related to numbers on the scale or calories in food. I’ve been doing well for 4 months now and I want to make it a year without checking the scale and just eating and doing what I know is good for me.
2. I’m currently studying abroad this semester which is completely out of my comfort zone and I have embraced traveling and making new friends while I am here. I have been away from home for 1 month and I can’t imagine leaving early. I have grown a lot in the past 2 years of college and I’m so proud of myself for taking this leap.
3. I would love to try all of Bolthouse’s juice flavors. I tend to stick to their green juice just because juices are pricey I don’t want to buy something I might not like so I would love to try them all.
Also I love your blog Taralynn reading it helps me relax and destress, not to mention give me travel ideas for when I am back in the states! Best, Emmy

Your pictures are so bright and colorful! 🙂
1.) My current health goals are to cut back on caffeine which will help with my anxiousness and poor sleep patterns – they’re all connected! I plan to incorporate 5 minutes of stretching and meditation into my morning routine instead of coffee-and-phone-scrolling.
2.) I’m currently most proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and in to the weight room. I know strength training is so beneficial, and it’s a little intimidating to do alone but I’ve gotten into the habit of going first thing in the morning when it’s least crowded.
3.) I would LOVE to win these Bolthouse Farms juices because I’m a recent college graduate who has just started a full-time job and I’m still adjusting to what/how to pack my food for the day. I haven’t found a routine that works, and I need a convenient way to get in healthy fuel while I’m busy. A juice would be perfect!
Hannah Rumbarger says
What are you healthy goals?: My goals are to do yoga three times a week! I have chronic back issues so I know that doing yoga would really help me.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?: Getting good grades in college this semester! I’ve been working very hard and I’m proud of myself for having a B+ in macroeconomics right now!
Why should YOU win these juices?: As a college student, I can’t really afford nice juices and smoothies although I do love them and they are very healthy and great fuel for studying!

What are you healthy goals? My health goals are to build muscle and balance out my diet so I’m eating cleaner foods.
2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for? I’m most proud of myself for working on recover from a eating disorder and making progress!
3.What should YOU win these juices? I’ve always wanted to try these juices! They look amazing and I have heard that they are incredible! I would also share with my sister who also loves these juices!

1. Current goal is toning my arms so they look amazing in my wedding dress next month! Lots of weight lifting and upper body work. I love the 21 day fix “upper fix” video.
2. Most proud of running a half marathon in 2014. Such an accomplishment for a “non runner” like me!
3. I should win because I Have loved Bolthouse Farms for years and would be ecstatic to try all the flavors!!
Colleen @ CSmith Run says
Yesss I actually just discovered these juices recently! So far, I’ve only tried the a few of the “Protein Plus” variety, but would love to try the other juices. My healthy goals include limiting sugar (so these will be perfect!) and limiting caffeine…too much coffee lately.
I’m currently most proud that I just had my highest running mileage week ever!
I should win these juices because I could use them to replace sugary snacks and coffee every day at work!!
Kylie McGraw says
1. I make it a goal to plan as many meals as I can so that when a dinner out or a special treat comes up, I know I have eaten well for the rest of the day and this one thing doesn’t really matter too much.
2. Even though I’ve gained some weight, I’m most proud of quitting calorie counting and not stressing about what I eat so much. I’m no longer “afraid” of certain foods.
3. I should win these juices because my running has gotten a little harder since putting on muscle AND gaining weight, so having this juice for a pre or post workout snack would be perfect for keeping the hanger away and keeping me on track!
Jenn says
How fun! I love trying new juices and this is one kind that I have yet to try! Maybe, that should just be the reason I win! 😉 My current goals include training for a half marathon this summer and to not gain weight like while training like so many do. I am currently proud of myself for getting through another half semester of college class… only 2.5 semesters to go!! Hope you pick this poor college student to win, but love reading your blog either way 🙂
Kellie says
What are you healthy goals? To become a fit and healthy person for myself and my future family. I want to be around for my future kids and grandkids and I want to feel good physically.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for? having the courage to end a toxic relationship and start focusing on myself and my health and wellness.
What should YOU win these juices? I think everyone entering deserves to win these juices, they are working so hard and doing so well!
Courtney Haas says
1. My top healthy goal is to lose weight so I’m no longer considered pre-diabetic.
2. I’m starting to think more about what I’m putting into my body, which has lead me to make healthier choices.
3. For one, I’m a college student, so I don’t have a whole lot of money. I also am looking to find healthier, quicker options. I am super busy between two jobs, a 5 hour/week internship, being a leader in a campus club, along with 5 classes and getting ready for graduation! I don’t have a lot of time to cook or mix my own smoothies lol!
Lauren @ Jesus and a Side of PB says
1. Healthy goals include running a half marathon this summer! Though I’m in school right now, I’m finding time to train around a busy schedule and loving it! I’m finding that training for a half is not only in the running, but it infiltrates every part of my day! I’m trying to monitor loosely what I’m eating and keeping an eye out for healthy spins on my favorites!
2. Proud of running the longest distance I’ve run before TODAY! 7 miles down and was feeling great. Mentally speaking, I felt like I could conquer another 6 easily, which is not something I take lightly!
3. Aside from the busy schedule + juice phenomena, I have been looking for quick ways to pack in those fruits and veggies daily. I can’t afford a ton of extra groceries but want to try out different things here and there because there are so many ways to use these!
Thanks, Taralynn & Boathouse Farms!
Deborah says
1. My goals for healthy living include being a role model for my family of what healthy living looks like – I want the meals I cook to be wholesome and nutrient-dense, and the snacks I provide to offer nutrition and sweet-tooth satisfaction. I want to better exemplify what being healthy is.
2. I am currently most proud of myself for having my son and staying in (nursing) school full-time; in the early months he came to class with me, and now that he is one year old I write all my papers in the evenings after he has gone to sleep (and then wake-up with him at 7am).
3. Because I value nutrition for my family and nutrition for my clients. What you put into your body is so relevant to your health situation. Having the opportunity to experience all the flavours empowers me in my teaching of family, friends, and clients :).
Christina D. says
Hey Taralynn!
1. My current health goal is to really focus on toning and stretching. In the past, I have really gone hard with the cardio and thought it was the answer to being “skinny.” I’ve since dropped that unhealthy mindset and really don’t even desire to be “skinny,” but to be toned, strong, and healthy. Overall health is my goal, rather than working out to try to drop a size.
2. I am really proud of my lifestyle in general and especially the way that I eat. I truly love natural, whole foods and I eat mostly plant-based, with the occasional sushi night (I LOVE IT) or cheese plate to go with a glass of wine (I’m with you on that one for sure, I won’t give it up). I also very very rarely eat processed foods. It has been a gradual transition over the last few years, but my husband and my other family members have also shifted the way that they eat as well, which makes me happy.
3. I love Bolthouse Farms and I buy their yogurt salad dressings when I’m craving a creamy dressing. I have tried a handful of their juices, but my local store doesn’t carry nearly all of those flavors! I would love to try some of the other flavors (like the watermelon one!) I’m also trying to get my husband into juices, but his current standpoint is that they are overpriced. Hopefully him trying them for free would get the ball rolling!
Carissa says
1. My goal is to lose ten pounds and run a half marathon
2. I’m proud of my ability to eat healthy and plan out meals even with a busy grad student schedule
3. I’d like to win because I’m a broke grad student and otherwise would not be able to afford bolthouse farms
Dana says
1. My first healthy goal is to get back to eating healthy without counting calories. My second healthy goal is to build muscle and reduce my waistline by at least 2 inches.
2. I am proud of the commitment I have made to get back into the gym and to make time for myself. I have been so caught up in taking care of my kids and my husband that I was neglecting myself.
3. I want to try all of the flavors! I have tried some already but I would love to try them all. I am a nursing mother so I have tried to find ways to get more fruits and vegetables into my diet so that I can provide the best possible nutrients for my daughter!
Madison says
What are your healthy goals?
Right now, I’m trying to regain my motivation to work out again! I’ve been so busy lately that it’s felt like I’ve had to put exercise on the back burner, and I don’t like that. I am pescatarian, but mostly eat purely vegetarian, so it’s also been really important for me to eat a plant-based diet that’s full of nutrients.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
At the moment, I’m the most proud of myself for eating vegetarian(ish) for three months! I really haven’t missed meat, and I’m proud of how well I’ve been eating because of my new lifestyle change.
Why should YOU win these juices?
Since I’ve been in a workout rut, I really think these would help jumpstart feeling healthy and inspire me to be healthy in other parts of my life, like exercise!
Nicole says
1. I started CrossFit two months ago, so my current health goal is to continue to get stronger but also making sure I’m doing it in a way that keeps me safe from injuries. I really want to accomplish strict hand-stand push-ups.
2. I’m proud that I’ve been able to focus on leading a more balanced life. Prior to moving and CF, I was overly concerned with counting macros, restricting carbs, and my “healthiness” bordered on obsessive. Since, I’ve gone 3 months without getting on a scale or checking my body fat percentage, have embraced a much more balanced “diet” that focuses on protein and veggies but doesn’t keep me away from wine or potatoes, and I think it’s done wonders for my mental health as well.
3. I’ve only once tried a Bolthouse Farms drink, and would love the opportunity to try more. I’ve recently started a new job, a new fitness regimen, and moved in with my boyfriend, so we spend the majority of our evening free time or weekends working on house DIYs and renovation projects. Having handy healthy options for me to grab (and for him, too, because he wants to be healthier) would be a huge savior.
Kate says
What are you healthy goals?
Feel better, look better and eat better! I struggle with a number of digestive issues that have made it very difficult for me to lose weight – in fact, I’ve gained 33 lbs! It’s such a scary feeling when no matter what you try, nothing is working. Recently I’ve switched to drinking juice for breakfast and it’s really starting to work! I think having juice gives my digestive system a break. I’ve also been struggling with my dessert cravings so I can’t wait to try the mocha flavor!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Yesterday I finally reached out for help regarding my sickness in many ways, one being contacting a dietician to help me figure out what food I should and can be eating. This was a huge step for me because for a long time, I tried to do it myself.. 33 lbs later I realized that I need some help.
Why should YOU win these juices?
As said above, juice is a daily part of my diet right now – it makes me feel better and helps to conquer a lot of my digestion issues. This would be another step in the right direction for my (what I call) “recovery” process.
Marwa says
Hi Taralynn!
Love the posts. Been reading them for a while now, and they are always a little escape for me in the mornings with my coffee 🙂
What are your health goals?
My health goals used to be solely to be thin, look good in clothes, although lately I have been on the ‘healthy is strong’ kick. I want to be able to feel strong and proud of an accomplishment because I worked for it. I want to run, and paddle board, and snowboard and take puppies on long walks! I think my health goal is to focus on having a health goal versus a ‘weight goal’.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Last fall, I decided I wanted to start running. I have a stressful job, and I was starting to clench my jaw at night and it was doing damage. My dentist suggested I start running. From reading your blog, I thought well it seems like it brings people a lot of peace and happiness! I started running and before I knew it, my boyfriend and I signed up for and finished a 5km Colour Run. I was so proud and full of accomplishment running across the finish line!
What should YOU win these juices?
These juices look like a perfect solution for nurses! 12 hour shifts sound like a lot of time, but the amount of things to do, sitting down and taking a break is not always reality. Especially in the morning when you don’t really want to have a huge sit down breakfast, these juices sound like they would be great! I would definitely use them as on the go type things as oppose to a Tim Hortons run (Canadian crack)!
🙂
Lesley says
1. My health goals are to eat more veggies and fruits than I used to and hopefully shed a few pounds. It have been at it for about a month and am really feeling great! I just need to work on keeping the motivation!
2. Currently I’m most proud of myself for taking a lot of life changes in stride. Since September I’ve moved, broken off a long-term relationship, and started a new job! It’s all been very exciting, but incredibly hectic.
3. Like I said, I’m trying to fit more veggies and fruits in my life and I think these juices would help with that when I’m not really feeling like eating veggies alone.
Alanah R says
1. My healthy goal is to help my boyfriend get healthier and lose the last 5 or so pounds I have sticking around
2. I’m proud of how well I’ve been able to get rid of the emotions and guilt that used to surround eating for me. It makes things so much easier to stay level headed about it.
3. I don’t regularly drink juice now but would love to try more juices and share them with my friends & family!

Surviving!! =) I have 31 years clean from an unhealthy lifestyle. I’m able to share my successes with others which brings it full circle.
Why should YOU win these juices?
The juices are quite yummy and delicious. why should I win? =) …well, I’m a nice person who’d share these coveted decadent treats with my family and friends. and I do not think I’ve ever won a contest in my life so this would be a good one to start my winning streak!

1. My current health goals include staying active and eating healthy during my pregnancy. I have caved into a few cravings but remind myself that I don’t have to go on a binge just because I have a cookie craving. I want to continue to cook veggie dense meals.
2. I am proud of myself for cutting back on added sugar. I was eating way too many desserts and now I allow myself a sweet treat a few times a week. This gives me something to look forward to and makes it easier to say no to goodies at work.
3. I would love to win these juices to keep my pregnancy happy and healthy. I find myself hungrier much more often, and these juices would be the perfect healthy and filling snack.

Who doesn’t love a give-away!?
1.What are you healthy goals?
My healthy goals are to eat for fuel, move more, see the best in every situation and remain happy.
2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I’m a runner who acquired “turf toe” over two weeks ago. When I say runner I mean obsessed never taking a day off. I’m currently proud to say that I have remained happy and optimistic by finding other forms of movement and not allowing myself to get down on myself. My motto has been, “it could be worse”. I haven’t run in two plus weeks and I’m still alive. 🙂
3.What should YOU win these juices?
I love experimenting with healthy foods and think Bolthouse Farms products would be fun to experiment with. I’m the type that could spend hours in the grocery store so having these would provide me another reason to run to the store to grab an item to pair with these for a meal.
Kelsey F. says
1. My healthy goals are to run a 1/2 marathon this year. I’ve ran several 5Ks and two 10Ks but I can never bite the bullet to register for a 1/2 marathon. That is going to change this year!
2. I’m most proud of myself for cutting back on my alcohol intake. Don’t get me wrong, I love a glass (or 3) of wine every so often but I was going down a bad path at the end of last year where I would drink wine, beer, or mixed cocktails 4-5 days a week. I decided to cut back at the start of the year and it has improved my overall health and attitude so much!
3. I would love to win these juices so that I can help fuel my body during my 1/2 marathon training this spring.

My #1 health goal is to set a good example for my kids in the way that I eat, workout and keep myself healthy!
I am proud of myself for having been through so much in my life but still having the will to keep going and pushing forward!
Sometimes with 4 kids running around I don’t have time to make a snack or a meal for myself so smoothies and juices that are ready to drink would be ideal when I’m on the go!
Taisi says
Hey Taralynn! Thanks for the giveaway!
1. My healthy goals are to 1) exercise more! I always go around doing stuff at the desk, studying, but I tend to push workout to my last priorities. 🙁 and 2) eat less. Like generally, my portions are HUGE, but I should cut them off a bit.
2. I am very proud of being able to work and study at the same time right now. Working on my thesis and trying to graduate this spring. Very busy time, but I need to pay the bills, so I’m working as well.
3. I should win…I don’t even know why! I guess I really do like juice, but I don’t usually buy it, because it’s more expensive than water and I can cope without it, so I’ll spend my money on veggies and fruit instead. And eat eat eat. I really need to restrict my meals. They’re healthy and all, but y’kno…too much. 😀

My health goals are to live as an example that shows positivity and love towards my body for my girls.

Hey Taralynn!!!
I’ve been motivated by your story for a long time now! It has helped me get through my eating disorders and has taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for being true to yourself =)
1.My healthy goals are to continue to lose fat but in the healthiest way possible (I’ve suffered with anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating), to build more muscle so I can start backpacking and keep up with my boyfriend(I live in the Rocky Mountains!) to conquer my sweet tooth! (it’s always pushing me back!) and just to love living a healthy lifestyle that I created for myself because I care about my wellbeing.
2.I’m currently most proud of myself for the progress I’ve made In the last 2 years. I’m a Certified Nurses Assistant and I need to be healthy and strong to take care of other people. I went from borderline obesity (I’m 5’2″ so a short frame doesn’t do well with weight) to a normal healthy BMI, I am still at the high range of that healthy area but I sure am proud of myself to sticking to it!
3.I would love to win these juices because I’m really new to juices! I would love to explore and learn about the benefits of them. I’ve been eyeing these lately and so when I saw them on your blog I became pretty darn excited!!!
Thank you for reading! Keep rocking it!

1. My health goals are to work on being more comfortable in my own skin, and work out more. Not just at the gym but walking the beach and hiking more. Also to give up soda, and cut back on coffee (even though it is so so tasty!)
2. I’m proud of myself for wanting to get back on track, and already eating better. Now I just need to move more, I also have had a much more positive attitude and had rid myself of negative people.
3. I love Bolthouse Farms, I already by there juices when I can if I am unable or don’t have the time to do my own juices. However I usually stick to the same three so i would love to win so that I could try some new flavors and even share with my husband so that maybe I can get him into healthier eating.
Jessica says
1. My goals are just to increase my overall health. I did a detox program in January and it made my body and skin feel so much better and I lost a little weight as a side benefit. I’ve been trying to do the 80/20 approach, but haven’t always been great about it and would like to change that and make healthier choices more of the time. I also want to work out more and shoot for 5-6 days a week and go for more hikes this spring.
2. I am the most proud of myself for getting through the detox and be able to resist temptation while I was on it. I was motivated by wanting to see the results and didn’t want to ruin it by a slip up that had the danger of escalating into a binge or totally going off the eating plan. I also learned how and where to shop for healthier alternatives for a lot of foods.
3. I should win because I love juices and fruit, but don’t get enough of them and I am not good at taking vitamins. If I take a power pack in the morning, it makes me nauseous and I’m just not good at remembering to take supplements and vitamins in general. I love fruit but sometimes cutting it up and prepping it just seems like so much work, especially when I get busy. This would be a great way to get my fruit in a convenient form!

Hi Taralynn!
1. My current goal is to tone my body! I’ve been starting a health kick now that I’m back from vacay and am trying to get stronger as I lost a lot of muscle tone doing solely cardio! I also want to stretch more.
2. I’m really proud of myself for activating my one month membership to barre class that I got for Christmas this week and going no matter how sore I am!
3. I would love love love to win these juices as I’m a busy college student that’s about to start finishing up the year and the juices would be the perfect way to stay healthy while I’m racing around!
Thanks!
XOXO,
Abby

1. My goals for health are to get back in shape so I can be an active mama for my newborn baby girl
2. I am most proud of myself for carrying and delivering a healthy baby…it’s no lie that it all adds up to “4 trimesters” because recovery for mama can be kind of rough. 6 1/2 weeks post delivery I just got the “ok” to resume exercise activity. I am pumped!
3. I’d like to win because mama needs a little help getting her groove back 😉

1. My current health goals are to focus on overall wellness (mental and physical). I want to incorporate making healthy food choices, better eating attitudes, a workout regime, and mindfulness.
2. Currently, I am most proud of being able to stick with my overall lifestyle change as stated above. I am also proud of being able to be kinder to myself and not guilt and shame myself for “slipping up”. I do’t expect perfection for others and, therefore, should not be so hard of myself.
3. I would enjoy winning these juices because it would be an excellent source of energy to help fuel my day. Plus, they look AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!!!!

My healthy goal is to lose 20 lbs! I want to get back to my healthy weight. Im currently proud of, although Im still working on it, leaving my college worries to God! Only He is in control! : ) I feel like these juices will help my journey of healthy living. Nutrition, the most important aspect of healthy living, is not great. I would hope these would help me to dtop snacking so much!

My goals for health are training for my 3rd half marathon while incorporating interval training and weight lifting which is a new addition to my current training plans.
I am most proud of myself for sticking to my workout plan. When I travel for work I get a little out of swing, but when I am home I am right back to the gym following my plan, trying to never miss a beat.
I’d like to win because like adding new items to my healthy eating plans, similarly to you I have been trying to cut some of the bad out of my diet and I think these could be a great help!

1. My healthy goals are to develop a spring/summer crosstraining plan for roller derby that involves being outdoors, and to better regulate my protein and calcium intakes.
2. I am most proud of myself for being selected for the 2016 travel team. It is intimidating to be a rookie, but I now have an amazing opportunity to improve at my sport, and I need to maximize it!
3. I’d like to win because working full time, practicing 3 days a week and crosstraining means I need a lot of on-the-go healthy fuel.

1. My health goal for this year (and my last semester of college!) is to begin running again. I fell off the bandwagon last year and miss running. I also want to incorporate yoga into my everyday routine because it always makes me feel more calm.
2. I am most proud of myself for staying consistent with working out and eating well while I have been in school. The times when I am the most stressed are when I perform at the gym the best, and I have come to find that I am just not myself when I don’t eat right or stay active. I am also proud that I have stayed in a routine but done well in school with a 3.75 GPA.
3. I think first and foremost, I would appreciate winning these juices because I am a broke, hungry college student. I also have been meaning to try this brand for the longest time but haven’t got around to spending my money on them 🙂

To enjoy life while maintaining a good balance between nutrition/food and exercise!
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am most proud of my change in mindset in my life. I used to compare myself to other people and think negatively about myself and my worth, but I have totally had a change of heart and mindset through my walk with Christ! I am also proud of my efforts in school!

2. Currently I am most proud of being almost done with a Bachelor’s degree!
3. Ha this is the worst; I hate selling myself xp. However my reasons for why I would like to win Bolthouse juices is that they provide something quick for when I am running between jobs and classes and I know they are healthy and won’t slow me down. I am good about always backing things for on the go, such as apples and string cheese, larabars/homemade fruit and nut bars if I have them, the like. Since I try to avoid added sugars, the juices fit right into my aresenal x)

1. Of course, one of my goals is to lose weight, but I mostly just want to be happy with myself. So my goals include eating clean, getting stronger, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
2. I’m proud of myself for enjoying life and not beating myself up because I’m injured right now and can’t workout as much as I would like to.
3.I should win these juices because I’m a huge fan of Bolthouse juices to begin with and it would be so so amazing if I could have them whenever I wanted! Juices are a great alternative for me since sometimes my stomach is picky and doesn’t enjoy solid foods.
Jen says
1. My fitness goal is always to improve. No matter how many pull ups I can do now or how many laps I can swim, there’s always the opportunity to get better! The race is long and in the end, it’s only with yourself.
2. I gave up alcohol for the winter and what seemed like a daunting task is almost over- and I don’t even miss it! (Mostly) I am excited to be able to peruse the wine section again but overall I feel fantastic. I might make this a yearly tradition.
3. I would love to win these juices because record-high temps have come to PA and now I’m craving smoothies and iced coffee like nothing else! A box of these would be a wonderful asset to 75 degree winter days ?

1- My healthy goal currently is to make sure to still prioritize running while starting my NEW midnight shift nursing job! I am so worried that I will be tired and start putting it on the back burner, which not only is unhealthy but also makes me less happy and more stressed. So I want to make sure to stay on top of it!
2- I am currently most proud of myself for running the Disney Princess Half Marathon about 2 and a half weeks ago, this had been my goal since I started nursing school and I am so glad I accomplished it and am still on cloud nine!! (I was actually at Disney the week after you!)
3- I hope to win these juices because drinking calories is one of my really bad habits so it would be nice to sample a great-for-you alternative to work into my lifestyle!
Thanks for doing giveaways for us, your blog is great and its really nice of you to put the effort in!

2) I am most proud of dropping 10 pounds within the last year. I know that’s a long span of time, but this is much healthier than the methods I used to use for quick weight loss.
3) I should win these juices because all kind of juice used to be a fear food for me! Now that I am in recovery, it makes me so excited to be able to try everything I used to restrict myself from.
Love your blog, Taralynn <3

1. My healthy goals are to stop eating out so much and make more healthy meals for myself and my family. We just moved into a new house we bought and ate out so much during the renovations and move. I can just feel how awful all of those bad foods make me feel.
2. I am most proud of myself for not giving up no matter how many times I fall astray from healthy eating. I will never give up since I love how good I feel when I nourish my body with good vitamins and minerals through healthy foods. I also am proud that I explain why we eat this way to my kids and I try to instill healthy eating habits in them while they are still “moldable.”
3. I should win these juices because I would love to try them out with my fiancé and kids and incorporate them into our healthy eating routines. I’m always scared to buy new things and waste money on something I won’t like. I always try to find samples of healthy foods so I can make sure we will love it before buying it.

Currently, my health goals are to increase my healthy microbes and focus on feeling great rather than losing weight. Instead of focusing on weight, I am trying to focus on my positive mindset.
I am most proud of myself for saving money this past week. A dollar saved is a dollar earned.
I should win these juices because I have not been able to drink them to save money. I miss them in my diet a lot though.

1.What are you healthy goals?
I’m pregnant so just working on caving into those junky cravings and bad snacks.
2.What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
Avoiding sweets!
3.What should YOU win these juices?
I would love to win these. Again being pregnant I’ve fallen into some bad habits the first few months I had a lot of nausea so ate whatever sounded good which was sadly always refined carbs and greasy food. The nausea is just starting to get better but the bad eating habits have stuck and I find myself not wanting to eat fruits and vegetables but I desperately want to get more nutrition and these look like just the way! I also have a super picky toddler who isn’t big on fresh fruits or veggies but I really think she might like these!
JoMario Rivera says

I am transitioning to being a vegetarian and am looking at ways to supplement my diet and just be a healthier person.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am currently most proud of backpacking 30 miles through the Grand Canyon last week on my spring break trip. It was hard, but I managed to do it and have fun.
What should YOU win these juices?
I am going to be a health and wellness peer leader at my university next year, and am looking at different kinds of ways and things my mentees could do to be healthier and I feel like these drinks would be a great way for them (and myself) to be healthy!

What are you healthy goals?
I am a country girl who loves all the southern country foods and desserts. But after reaching a record high weight of “I’m not telling because I am ashamed,” I have made a strong decision to eat extra healthy and exercise to not only loose weight but to create a healthier lifestyle. This choice will help me relieve some of the pain from a lower back injury causing multiple herniated disks.
What are you currently most proud of yourself for?
I am proud that I recognized the change that I needed to make and took action before it turned to diabetes or other diseases.
What should YOU win these juices?
I should win because I can’t always afford to buy more than two juices here and there, nor can I afford to buy a lot of different fruits to make the shakes and juices my self. And since it is important for me to lose at least 50 lbs. to ease the pain of a lower back injury and a constant swollen left knee, it would be a great help to me to get a jumpstart on my path to a healthy lifestyle that I really want for my future.
