I feel like a repetitive robot some mornings. I wake up, make coffee, watch news, walk dog, check emails and eat breakfast. Wake up, repeat. I also go on repetitive breakfast menus. One month I’ll eat Cheerios, another I’ll eat oatmeal, and sometimes I go days straight eating eggs. I’m about to start my fruit and yogurt breakfast routine because this morning I had fresh cantaloupe and vanilla coconut milk yogurt topped with almond flour. I started topping my yogurt with almond flour last year and have been hooked ever since. There is something about the consistency that I love. It also adds healthy fats and more protein to the yogurt. If you bake the almond flour in the oven with a little bit of coconut oil and cinnamon, it’s like a cake crumble for the top.
After breakfast, I finished up some more orders from the shop, ordered some new items for the shop, and headed to the post office to drop them all off! Thank you guys for supporting the shop and I can’t wait to share all the new items with you.

haha I know what you mean about feeling like a robot! I am such a creature of habit, but I love my routine! If I just let the morning go wherever it wants, I end up getting nothing done!

How long do you put the almond flour, coconut oil and cinnamon in the oven?
