I love fruit: in a box, I’ll eat fruit with a fox. Warm or baked or boiled or grilled, I eat fruit to keep my energy filled.
That didn’t sound like Dr. Seuss at all…
I made a smoothie this afternoon that tasted too good to be only fruit. I’m used to adding yogurt and milk into my smoothies. This was a game changer. The dairy over powers the fruit making it taste bland, which is why people tend to add extra sugar. Making smoothies at home is the way to go. Have you ever payed attention to the amount of sugar most restaurants add to theirs?
Here is my smoothie recipe…
-1/2 Cup Blueberries
-1 Cup Ice Cold Water
1 Tsp Organic Vanilla
-2 Cup Frozen Fruit Blend (Costco)
OR
-Any of your favorite fruits frozen (2 Cups)
Blend on high.
If you have trouble blending, add water gradually.
Having a serving of fruit everyday is a perfect way to flush your body of harmful toxins. My favorite way to eat my fruit is super smoothie style!

It’s hard to pay attention to the smoothie when all I can see is your pretty eyes! Looks yummy though, I’ll have to try it! 🙂

I was wondering what the difference between stevia and truvia is?
I’m trying to be more healthy and I don’t want to pick the wrong thing 🙂
