I have a ton of produce to use up before I leave in five days. The best way to do it is eat it in every meal. I’ve been making salads, throwing it in omelets, and now…smoothies! The green color is kind of unattractive, but it’s delicious! I promise. Plus, the amount of vitamins and health nutrients in this smoothie is awesome for you!
Incredible post workout smoothie!:) *3 cups kale *2 cups spinach *1/2 apple *1 small banana, *1 cup frozen strawberries *1 cup ice *1 cup unsweetened almond milk.*1packet stevia blended! Add water if needed.
The banana is a MUST. It makes it smooth and hides the taste of the kale and spinach!

I find green smoothies pretty disgusting. Nothing hides the spinach taste! I’ll take your word for this one though.

I do love the smoothies bananas add to my smoothies. And to anyone who still needs a bit more to mask the taste of the greens, I would suggest a strong fruit like pineapple or some honey.
