As I said earlier, I’m not leaving the room until I’m done with my work unless it’s for life’s necessities.
Salad is a life necessity.
This was a quick fix, too. The salad had 1 small tomato diced up, 1/2 small onion diced, 4 cups spring mix lettuce, 3 tablespoons raw almonds, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons garlic croutons, and 2 tablespoons italian dressing.
I usually top this salad with chicken, shrimp, or hard boiled eggs, but I’m way too lazy to fix it up, so I’ll have a protein shake to make up for it later after my workout.

I ate salads at least 3 days a week at work and I made them the same way every week: tuna or chicken or salmon + tomato + cucumber + spinach. I need to change it up and this one looks pretty simple I think I’ll try it out next week, thanks!
