My pumpkin cravings have not gone away yet. Last night I wanted a light snack with a pumpkin twist so I decided to whip up some popcorn and flavor it up. This was a perfect treat and took away my cravings (only for the night though) I think I’ll have something pumpkin-ish this morning for breakfast!
- 2 Cups Air Popped Popcorn
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Walnuts
- You can pop your popcorn however you’d like : in a microwave, on the stove or in an air poppper.
- After your popcorn is popped add it to a large zip lock bag.
- Drizzle olive oil over the popcorn, zip the bag and shake well.
- Sprinkle pumpkin spice and ground cinnamon on top and shake again.
- Add popcorn to a bowl, sprinkle a little more pumpkin spice on top and add walnuts
