Ingredients: 5 large russet potatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 4 tbsps brown sugar, 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
-Microwave the potatoes for 5-6 minutes or until soft.
-Heat oven to 400 degrees.
-You can remove or keep the skins. But I like them! Slice up the potatoes into wedges.
-In a large bowl, toss them in the olive oil and seasonings. You can add more or less of the seasonings!
-Bake for 15 minutes on each side!
Boom! They’re ready:)
We had ours with sesame green beans and bourbon drummies! Both recipes can be found below!

Hi Taralynn! I am a HUGE fan of yours and absolutely love reading your recipes. I am terrible with website stuff, so this might not even possible, but have you thought about adding a “print” feature to your posts? That way we can print your recipes even more easily! Thanks for all your yummy food and inspiration!
