If you don’t like grapefruit, look away. This is for the true grapefruit lovers! My dad shares the love for grapefruit with me. A couple mornings ago, we made baked grapefruit to go with our breakfast. If you’ve never baked your grapefruit before, you have to try it! It’s almost like a dessert.
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
-Slice the grapefruits in half.
-Place them in a baking pan filled with water about 1 inch high.
-Drizzle honey over the top of the grapefruits.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let the grapefruits cool for about ten minutes before eating! They are best served warm:)
You can either slice them or scoop them out with a spoon.
