One of my favorite morning snacks is flavored yogurt, organic coconut shreds, and fiber cereal! It’s a nice mixture of protein and fiber!

What yogurt do you buy? I can’t seem to find any ‘healthy’ flavored yogurt.

It really depends where I’m at. I usually by Chobani Greek yogurt or Carbmaster from Kroger brands!
