Eat while I unpack!
I was excited to eat a hard boiled egg, toast some toast and drink fresh brewed coffee this morning after living away from it for so long. I don’t know how people do it.
I was about done folding and putting clothes away, but got too hungry to continue. I headed downstairs and whipped up a quick delicious breakfast to carry me through.
As you can see, Grumples kept me company while I put everything away. I can’t get enough of him!
For breakfast I toasted two slices of whole grain bread. I added my mom’s homemade blueberry jelly on top. I chopped up some walnuts and boiled an egg to go with it.
I love a breakfast that has protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, and fiber! This will help me get through all the baking I’m about to take on!
