How about that salad? It was certainly refreshing after my workout this morning! I did a quick five mile run and had to call it quits because of the heat. Over the summer, I have worked up some crazy tan lines. I’m going to be awkwardly stared at in Vegas next week!
Anyways back to the salad! This one had lettuce, cucumber, egg white, shrimp, crumbled two moms in the raw bar, poppy seed dressing, and avocado!
Last night I made a quick run to the grocery store to look for Fennel. I came back with everything but fennel. Why does that always happen?
I stocked up my juicing bin, tho! This morning I had a delicious one:) It had:
1/2 bunch large kale leaves, 1/4 inch ginger, 3 cups spinach, 1 lemon with peel, 1 orange with peal, 2 carrots, 1 stalk celery, and 2 peel cucumbers. I also pour in a cup of water to clear out any extra juices and add more to my juice!
I spent the afternoon baking Paleo almond flour cookies for Jeremy! I try to be cute sometimes:) I’ll share this recipe tomorrow! Tonight I’m going mini golfing after dinner. Pray that I win 🙂
