A couple nights ago, I was craving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Unfortunately, I was out of peanut butter and jelly. It was too late to go to the store, so I took the healthier route and fed my craving with a filling protein shake. In the blender, I added: *1 cup unsweetened almond milk, *1 cup frozen blueberries, *1 scoop vanilla protein powder, *1 tsp honey, *1/2 cup ice, and topped it with a tablespoon of almond butter crumbled! It did the trick and I quickly fell asleep right after!
