I find this totally disgusting. I hate mushrooms with every inch of my body and soul. I don’t even like to touch them, but Jeremy LOVES them. I cook them a lot for him. One of his favorite ways to eat them is grilled. If you are a mushroom lover, he promises you will love these!
Chop up three to four portobello mushrooms and 1 small vidalia onion. Place them in a greased tin foil sheet. Season with garlic powder, parsley flakes, black pepper, chili powder, and sea salt. Top with three slices of Swiss cheese.
Wrap up the tin foil and place it on a grill. Cook 10-15 minutes.
