Ingredients
- 2 Boneless chicken breast
- 4 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Lemon Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp Hawaiian Marinade
- 1/2 Cup Red and Yellow Bell Pepper
- 3 Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
- Heat grill to 500
- In a small mixing bowl combine 1 tbsp Hawaiian marinade, lemon, garlic powder and cream cheese together
- Take cooking scissors and make a slit in the middle of chicken breast
- Stuff 2 Tbsp of cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast
- Spray tin foil with cooking spray and lay chicken on top
- Top chicken with remaining Hawaiian marinade , bell peppers and jalapenos.
- Place tin foil onto grill and cook chicken about 9 minutes on each side.
1 Chicken Breast (4ounces) : 178 Calories, 5g Fat, 26g Protein, 11g Carbs 2.2g Protein.
Last night I experimented with frozen corn. I sprayed tin foil with cooking spray and placed the defrosted corn on top. I laid it on the grill and stirred it around and let both sides brown.
