Last night I whipped up a quick salad to go with our picnic. Salads are the perfect side dish to bring to any picnic or party. They are so fun and colorful. People can really appreciate a healthy dish. Did I mention how easy they are to prepare?
-1 Bag Salad Greens
-1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries
-1/2 Cup Sliced Grapes
-1/2 Small Gala Apple Diced
-1/2 Cup Chopped Broccoli
-1/2 Cup Croutons
-1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
-1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced.
Serve with raspberry vinaigrette, Asian sesame or poppy seed dressing!
