I’m hungry.  I’m hungry not. 

Even though Valentines day is a holiday, I will still wake up and hit the gym just like any other day. The quickest way to fit in breakfast before the gym is to make protein smoothies. I throw all the dishes in the sink and clean them when I get back. (that takes the longest)

Valentines day is my favorite holiday. I take advantage of all the pink, red and hearts that go with it. Tomorrow, I plan on adding hearts and decorations to everything I do. I have since I was a kid.



-Organic Raw Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

-1/2 Cup Water

-1/2 Cup Ice

-1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Biochem)

-4 Large Strawberries

-1/2 Extra Small Banana

-1 Packet Stevia in the Raw


-Dip the rim of the glass into water.


-Roll it around in the shredded coconut until the rim of the glass is coated.


-You could replace the water and use honey to get the coconut to stick as well. That gives the smoothie an extra sweetness.


I added a valentines day straw and strawberry garnish.
