Ingredients: 3 Cups Iceberg lettuce, 1/2 Cup Chickpeas, 2 Tbsp Feta Cheese, 2 Tbsp Croutons, 1 Tbsp Non-Fat Vinaigrette and 1/4 Cup Red Onion.

I just had a quick question… When you are adding beans & chickpeas to your salads, do drain and add them right from the can? Or is there any type of prep/cooking you do beforehand?
