Ingredients
- 3 Slices Pineapples In All Natural Pineapple Juice
- 3oz Cod
- 1/3 Cup Sweet Onion Strips
- 1/3 Cup Green And Red Bell Pepper Strips
- 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Lawry’s Hawaiian Marinade
Directions:
- Heat the grill to 500 (You can use oven, heat to 350)
- Lay tin foil onto grill and spray with cooking spray.
- Add fish, peppers, and marinated
- Fold the tin foils sides up to make it look like a bowl.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes. Make sure to keep stirring every couple minutes.
