Asparagus is my favorite grill vegetable, especially in the summer. Sometimes it can get tricky to cook on the grill because it’s so thin. I turn the grill to 500 and lay a sheet of tin foil across it, then spray it with cooking spray. I place the asparagus evenly across the foil and add another layer of cooking splay. I sprinkle 1 tsp Lawrys salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and a pinch of pepper. I let the asparagus cook for 3 minutes, then turn over and cook the other side for 3 minutes. When I’m ready to take it off the grill I move all the asparagus to the center of the foil and fold over the corners so it’s wrapped up like a sandwich.
