Ingredients
6 Ounces Partially Cooked Salmon
1/2 Cup Steamed Spinach
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients together with your hands. (similar to making a meat loaf)
2. Form the mixture into two patties.
3.Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes. Or grill.
