The other day I posted my lunch that had broccoli slaw in the container and here is the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Chow Mein Noodles
- 3 Cups Broccoli
- 5 Cups Broccoli Slaw
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1/2 Cup Craisins
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Packets Truvia
- 3 Tbsps Water
Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl combine water and truvia until truvia is dissolved.
- Combine broccoli, slaw, and water mixture.
- When the broccoli mixture starts to dry add dates, craisins, seeds and chow mein noodles.
(Serves 4 )
