My mom is trying to get me to eat tuna. I’m not a huge fan. This makes me feel like a little kid again. I did, however, really like the tuna salad recipe she made the other day. She served it on whole grain toast with a side of chips and salsa!
Light Tuna Salad!
1/2 Can Light in Water Tuna, Drained
1 Tbsp Light Mayo
3 Tbsps Plain Fat Free Chobani
1/4 Cup Red Grapes, Sliced
1 Tbsp Chopped Almonds
1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Celery Stick Chopped
1 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion
Salt & pepper to taste.
